2017 INFINITI QX60
My wife's 2017, QX60 AWD with 87K. Recall on radiator coming loose from engine block, happened to us at 23k miles, dealer fixed w/ no cost. No issues. SUV backed into us in parking lot, it took several trips to dealership to fix collision detection sensors. Not all bad, at least we know it is a fine tuned technology vice other systems on the market. Eco mode in this is what I call … "semi-sluggish" a little too eco. Jason reviewed "not as sporty as larger SUVs in its class" I would have to disagree. I driven most, Audi, BWM, Lexus, Acura etc... and the QX60 has a gem of a motor. Its CVT is top notch. A lot of buzz about CVTs in larger SUVs and for good reason, but it has been flawless for us. I would like to know what tires were on the vehicle that Jason reviewed on, TIRES MATTER. I'm running Pirelli-Scorpion Verde tires and the handling, response, braking and acceleration is at the top of its class. Many people forget to change shocks and struts around 70K that can lead to powertrain issues. If you're looking to buy around this mile range ensure you check or get it done. True, the third row seats are not ideal for taller people but who really has this problem for long enough it matters? Maybe if you carpool with over four people regularly. I've seen what the market is for our car and I can tell you I WILL NOT be selling it or least under 30k. Picking one of these up with regular maintenance records, good condition, no major accidents is one of the best values on the market. A lot of vehicles with less value (capability, technology, MPG, and space) and higher costs out there. I fully expect to get over 200k miles on our QX60 with only regular maintenance barring no idiot hits us on the highway. Shocks/struts, brakes, rotors, tires, liquid changes, air/oil filters, and that's it. Luxurious and peppy ride with respectable MPG, great tech and space, an underrated SUV worth taking serious.
