The best Crossover vehicle on market
Bought my Venza V6 FWD at the end of the year to take advantage of the new car sales tax incentive. Only if I had known Toyota would be in such trouble + incentive of $1500 cash, I would have waited. Felt like I was short changed by Toyota. Other than that, the Venza is great! I was drawn to the styling inside and out since day 1 of introduction. Took me a year to take ownership. Love the 20" wheels and aggressive styling. The interior is spacious and center console well designed.
very good family car
We own a 2003 Toyota matrix and we never had a problem with it. though Toyota's suffering from the recall media hype, we still consider buying a venza. WE LOVE IT! the interior is very well crafted with all the electronic gadgets in mind. JBL speakers are awesome. we got the panoramic roof and the kids enjoy the view. bluetooth saves us tons from buying different headsets. the backseat is very roomy. the leather seats are spectacular. i just wish we can save on gas.

2010 Venza 4cyl.
The four cylinder drives nice in the city, excellent front road view , very good gas mileage, they need to do a better job attenuating road noise. The back seat are very comfortable for a family with three teenagers. Vehicle feels compose and predictable when driving.
Gas Mileage
So far 4 cyl 2wd is performing well. Mileage is disappointing at now 20 mpg and falling. 2600 mi on the odo. Trip at 70 mpg+ brought 24 mpg. around town may end up below 20! Brakes clunking after reverse and then into forward.
What i expected
The Venza has been everything i expect so far. MPG 23.5 around town. Expect better of open road. More than enough power for my driving style. Family of 4 loves the room, comfort, sunroof and being able to play Ipod. Did not want the key-less system at first. But, have actually come to like the system.
