Used 2016 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Cab Consumer Reviews
Loved my 2011, meh on 2016
I loved, loved, loved my 2011 Toyota Tundra 4 WD CrewCab, but when I traded it in for an identical 2016, I was sorely disappointed in the changes they'd made. Gone is my reclining back seat which made family travel so comfortable. I'm riding in the back seat on vacation right now, trying to nap, straight up and down and UNCOMFORTABLE! My storage behind the back seat, about 6" in the 2011, Gone! I used to easily store a rain jacket, football blanket and a cold storage bag for groceries back there -- now absolutely nothing fits. I also dislike the changes in air vents -- why do car companies insist on making changes if they are not improvements?! Next time I'll try a Dodge.

Full-Sized Texas Import
So far, the only thing not to live about my new Tundra is the fuel economy. It has lots of power, lots of room, and has bells and whistles that I didn't even plan on getting. Took it from 10 miles to 1700 in two weeks. Still smiling!

Great Truck!
I have never owned a truck before, but I have owned the Sequoia. The Tundra is built on the same platform as the Sequoia, so I think I have a unique experience to be able to compare the two. If I knew then what I know now, I would have saved a ton of money and gone straight to the Tundra! Lots more room in the Truck! My son's hockey equipment fits nicely in the bed of the truck. Added bonus: I no longer have to smell the equipment! Plenty of room for other hockey players and they all have room for their growing legs. The truck handles great, has plenty of giddy up and go and it really comfortable for those long dives to ice rinks all over the state of California and beyond. Gas mileage is averaging 17.5 which is the same as the Sequoia - although the Tundra has a bigger engine and a much bigger gas tank so the time between fill ups is greater. We love it!

great truck, up 83,000 miles. No single issue.
It has been over 2.5 years since I bought the truck. It has ~60,000 miles. The truck is very good, without any issues. I changed the motor oil according to the schedule. Other than that, it is a reliable truck so far. no problem at all. Since this is a company truck, more than 4 people share the driving. there is no single problem so far. The truck has over 83,000 miles. It still runs smoothly without any trouble. I replaced two tires and alignment all 4 wheels. Besides change oil regularly at local car dealer, nothing is wrong. Great vehicle, I just wish it uses less gas. .

IBC is unsafe
Such an awesome truck to have such crappy quality control on the IBC. It does not work....on anyone's truck in electric mode. Do the Google search. You will see A LOT of complaints. Someone is going to get seriously hurt with this false sense of security.
