Fantastic Vehicle
I do not often take time to write a review but since I used the reviews on this site for a variety of auto purchases I thought it was time to contribute. The Sequoia is a terrific truck. Handles very well, turn radius in tight spots is remarkable for a big truck and the pick-up is much better than any of this trucks competitors we have driven. The 4 wheel drive is the best I have ever used. We saw many off road jeeps get stuck in the sand and mud but the Sequoia did not. Plenty of room inside and comfortable, cruises on the highway at 70 to 80 mph with no strain. Second and third row seats can be adjusted and changed simply. Loves the snow and built like a tank.
Over 250,000 miles and still great
This vehicle was manufactured with no transmission dipstick and "lifetime" fluid. The previous owner was told that she needed a new transmission because it would not go in reverse and a scan showed she had faulty solenoids. She took the $8000 quote and subtracted it from the $11,000 value and advertised it on Marketplace. I bought it. Dropped the transmission pan, installed a new filter and refilled with synthetic transmission fluid. Cleared the codes and took off for a weekend trip to the mountains. Everything is fine and I am very happy. This is my 4th Sequoia.

Best SUV EVER
This is the best car easy driving so rummy inside reliable in any types of weather. I love it.
Want my 2003 back!
OK - I have to admit, this purchase was a compromise for me. I wasn't sold on the new HUGE interior, but to accommodate 3 kids + 1 dog we decided to take a chance on this beast, especially considering our love of our 2003 Limited Sequoia. Here are my complaints: 1 - IT'S HUGE. Hard to park such an enormous vehicle, even though the turning radius has been greatly improved. 2 - The interior finish is below par. For $50K you'd think you'd get nice finishes, not cheap plastic everywhere. Seats are NOT comfortable. 3rd - I miss the cargo space in my 2003 Sequoia. The self storing 3rd row makes the cargo space "short" from floor to ceiling.
