Great Toyota reliability, excellent build quality. A bit under powered, but OK for daily commute. Great gas mileage.

Disappointed

I am very disappointment with the Rav 4. I wanted a SUV, but the prices were out of my range. I thought the price of this SUV was great. However, I feel that it really doesn't qualify as a SUV. It's VERY small-no cargo room at all. In addition, it's a 4 cylinder so it's a dog on hills. I don't need something super fast, but I don't want to have to punch the gas pedal to the floor to climb a hill. Also, the cruise wasn't smooth. I'm going to trade it in for a 4Runner.

Purchased my Rav4 brand new in 2000. Drove it for 20 years, putting 125,000 miles on it...used for pleasure only. Promised the car to my nephew when I purchased a new car on 2020. The RAV4 has been on the road for 24 years and still going!!!
