2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Consumer Reviews

Best Vehicle I've Ever Owned!
I came from four straight Highlanders and like the Grand Highlander much more. It is the best vehicle I've ever owned. It is also my wife's favorite vehicle she has driven. I am very happy with the purchase a year and a half ago and have not had one problem. I would absolutely buy again.

Driver’s seat squeaking badly
Driver’s seat squeaking loudly -Extremely annoying in a new car! Had dealer look at 4 times with no success fixing this. Platinum model -premium price, subpar manufacturing quality and dealer responsiveness. Very disappointed

Almost enough cargo space
We recently purchased our Grand Highlander and have really enjoyed it. We traded in our Toyota Sienna and there is definitely less cargo space but the seating in the Grand Highlander is super comfortable even in the 3rd row. I’m disappointed Toyota did not include a sunroof with the xle model like our van. The gas mileage has been around 19-20 in eco mode with over 3500 miles in 2 months, mainly highway. The ride is really smooth and quiet and I love all the charging ports with 3 teenagers. I feel I have everything I need in the XLE but Toyota definitely did not include as many standard bells and whistles in this XLE model as other Toyota models with the same trim level.
The grandness of them all
Great vehicle rides and drives beautiful gas mileage is very acceptable for the size of the vehicle. Pick up is tremendous highly recommend.
Low key luxury
My absolute favorite feature of the GH is how quiet it is inside. No road noise. Extremely comfortable. The multiple camera views make parking much easier. Visibility out of the front and rear windows much improved over my previous car.
