2025 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid Consumer Reviews
Pricing
1,000 miles in two weeks 🤦🏼♂️
I picked up my car and instantly felt eager to drive it. Then volunteered to pickup up needed items for the teaching I do and had to drive them across two states… The CCH is a great little car that drives well and can definitely get out of its own way. It does get a little buzzy when the gas engine is pushed for acceleration, but the hybrid system is phenomenal. Highway driving when only on electric is an absolute dream. Highly recommended.

Good crossover but not too reliable
I financed a XSE trim about 4 months ago. In first month, I called toyota road assistance twice to send someone to turn it on! The battery was death each time and they jumped it twice but still not working so I took it to toyota service and they replaced with a new battery. The second month, a crack appeared in my car's windshield so I asked toyota service to replace it with a OEM windshield, but they told me it would take months to get the OEM so you have to agree with an aftermarket one. I asked Safelite if they can help me to find OEM windshield but they also told me same thing. It is hard to find the original parts for 2023 hybrid. It was so frustrating and disappointing to me to buy a car that doesn't have enough support.

Nice compact SUV
This is a great vehicle but for the XSE model, the interior could be nicer. Some of the buttons feel clunky. Also the 2023 is missing the compass feature. However, it maneuvers nicely, rides comfortably and the mileage is great.

Part availability poor
Car is ok, I found my Prius of better quality all around. Consider that this car has very poor parts availability. I was in an accident almost two months ago and the car is still at the body shop sitting waiting for parts with no estimate given. Great gas mileage but otherwise, meh.

Powerful suv
We just took delivery, but so far we are very pleased with this vehicle. Meets all our gas mileage needs, especially powerful acceleration when needed with all wheel drive for exploring our beach drives on the NE Coast of Florida.
