75K miles and NOTHING has ever broken!

This is really a wonderful car, the best and most reliable that I have ever owned. I still have the original brakes! I routinely get 26-28 MPG city, and 30 highway, but that's at 80- 85, where the car wants to cruise. The only thing that I miss is a limited slip differential, as when the power comes on, its hard to avoid wheelspin in 1st and second, expecially in the tight turns. Still looks great, too. I really don't want to sell yet . . .

I purchased this car used in 2005 with about 52,000 on the ticker and it was in reasonable shape at the time. After some finesse on my part and a new set of wheels and tires (mine were out of round and the tires were wrecked due to bad alignment, it really started to come along. Besides some maintenance like a new fuel filter, belt tensioner and serpentine, and new lift gate shocks; the car is dead nuts reliable. The gas mileage in mine is good but I see only an average of about 25-26 and 28-30 on the highway. With the black leather interior it is HOT HOT in the Texas sun but the A/C does a great job of cooling you down and keeping comfortable. I am happy and will drive into the ground!

Drives well at all speeds, responsive and quick. handles curves and turns nice with tight steering and decent suspension system. I am generally happy with the vehicle.

My first brand new car and it has been all I expected. This is one car where the payments do not become a burden because you are having so much fun getting wherever you have to go. The aftermarket is good and getting better. Some available stuff: Custom exhaust, body kits (beyond "action package"), short shifters, headers.... well, everything but a turbo or surpercharger (but coming soon).
