Very disappointed
I owned a 1999 Toyota Solara SLE, which I loved. Sporty, high end interior, reliable, for a relatively small car great leg room, front and rear. I was a happy owner. Then, in 2007 I was t-boned and my car was totaled. While recuperating from the accident, researched a replacement. I, unfortunately, decided on the "newly designed and improved" Camry. What a mistake. Hated it as soon as I drove it from the dealership. Moonroof leaked (front carpeting had to be replaced as it didn't dry and it stunk), driver's window would stick and not roll down, accelerate for no reason (was told the car had to get accustomed to my driving habits (lawsuits, lawsuits)), etc., etc. I spent more time at the dealership dealing with issues with the Camry than I ever did with my Solara. I felt Toyota was relying on their past and I should look elsewhere. In 2014 I purchased a Ford Taurus Limited. Great car, far superior to that crappy, plastic, road noise, uncomfortable ride, quality less than my 8 year old Solara. Toyota has lost me as a customer.

4th Camry and LAST!
I have had 3 other Camrys all were great, the 07's and up are junk..... I had a 05 Camry and I loved it, wish I never traded it in. This 07 Camry has been nothing but problems. I went to a car wash and the cheep paint came off the bumper, the trans has had problems, shifts weird, I have has 4 radios, and the power seat is broken. The dealership was no help at all, I had the car for 8 months with only 65k on it, traded it in for a 09 Honda Accord EXL V6 and Love it, I will NEVER buy a Toyota again!!!
Awesome 2007 Camry SE V6!
After looking at many competitors, I made a final decision that I'm very excited about. The Toyota SE V6 is one incredible car. The power that comes with the V6 is such a great asset to have. While cruising at 80 MPH on the freeway, you can't even tell how fast you're going and if you need to gas it, boy, this car has some major power! It's clean and luxurious and the rear seats for the kids are very roomy. The Nav with bluetooth is something you just have to have. The bluetooth is so convenient and easy to use. I used to always want to hang up while driving on my cell but now I'll talk all day. I LOVE MY CAR!
Toyota has no credability
My 2007 4 cylindercamry has always vibrated in drive with the ac on when stopped. This is how the dealer handled it. First we changed to name brand high test gas. Then we had multiple computer adjustments to 750 rpm at idle. In a short time it dropped to 500 rpm and back to the vibration. Then they did a top engine cleaner at a cost to me of $100.00 now they they say I need a new throttle valve assembly that is defective at a cost of $1000.00 dollars. Toyota will pick up $500.00 but alas it's out of warranty! P. S. Toyota awful. Never again
Not up to Toyota Quality Standards
As compared to my wife's 2004 Highlander, my new Camry does not exhibit the same build quality. While I applaud the new design (my previous car was a 2005 SE V6 Camry), Toyota seems to be slipping in quality. Examples include fit and finish; had to have the drivers door realigned due to metal-to-metal contact causing terrible rattling (still not 100% fixed), poor fit of interior parts, which causes a lot of rattling, especially when it's cold out; the auto tranny has a history of serious problems and acts weird, and lastly the paint quality, which chips very easily. Toyota can do better!
