Good Car, Beware the Paint

This was the only car I've ever bought relatively new from a dealer. Bought at 60k miles, sold at 90k. It was very comfortable, performance was great, fuel economy about 31 usual driving, up to 40 on road trips. It wasn't great on ice, my theory is the weight of the car was distributed too far to the back to make for optimal front wheel drive traction. The only problem I had with it in that time was the paint. I had the blue color, and that paint would scratch/chip if you BREATHED on it wrong. The front hood was a mess of chips. The paint was kind of a ridiculous worry, but it stressed me out, and made me happy to get rid of it at the end of our time together.

Disappointed in shift

Car is OK but the transmission shift problem drive me nuts. Dealer says its normal, I just don't buy it. This is the only car that I have ever owned that has had a problem like this and it is my first foreign car. I have had cars since 1969 and never had a transmission shift like this. I have driven rental unit Camry's that were great. Why my car and why will the dealer not fix it?

Camry XLE V6

My wife and I have had this car for a few years now and it has been an awesome vehicle. It hasn’t needed anything except routine maintenance. It only has 112,000 miles on it and it is still going strong. It drives good and the seats are comfortable. I have noticed that the seats in newer vehicles aren’t as comfortable as older vehicles.

One of the best family sedans on the market

Not a sporty car. An efficient and reliable mid-size family car. Respectable road manner, predictable handling, and quiet cabin over the road.

Slick and Sexy!

Ok this is a great dad car, I just purchased of a lot only has 110,000km which is super low. The stock JBL sound system is amazing, the car performs like a luxery mid sized sedan. The power is there if needed. Love the interior and feel confident about performance for longer roadtrips. 4 wheel disk brakes are exceptional by comparison to the minivan. Looking forward to many years of service from this stylish sedan.
