Throttle Problems
The brakes were replacded within a week of purchasing this vehicle. The throttle body was replaced @ 20,000 mi & again @38,000 (under warranty). Both times the car "stalled out" while driv- ing @ hwy speeds. I bought a Toyota for quality & have had more problems than my '04 Gran Prix that I sold @ 140K mi.
2004 Totyota Camry Beware
I started experiencing shifting problems, but the dealer couldn't fix it. While turning on a busy 4 lane highway, the transmission went out. I do not abuse this car (I am too old to beat any car up). Now I have a $4000 bill for a new transmission. I have found out that this has been a problem for other owners but Toyota will not acknowledge or take car of their problems. Other than that the motor ran well and I got good mileage, but I would never buy another one.

SE has RACING LOOK, STYLE and POWER !
This SE is a cut above all other model Camrys! Its 3.3 V6 is there when you need the power to pass and compliments comfort while doing it. The interior offers quality build features and materials. I owned Accords in the past but I am much more impressed with this Camry SE than even the new Accord. With a more spacious interior, quieter ride and racy appearance, I love my Toyota Camry SE. The 3.3 V6 is worth every penny !
...Even turns the heads of Benz owners
So far I am loving this car! It's strong, solid, and fun to drive. I even got a compliment today from someone driving a new Mercedes SL500 today. Now that makes a statement about the fine appearance of this car! I've driven an E-class before, and the smoothness and handling of this car ranks right up there with it. Just hoping the gas mileage improves as the car breaks in. 17 mpg is tough on the pocket book. If not, I'll still love it.
Camry XLE Opinion
The Camry XLE V6 is an excellent car, probably one of the most reliable cars on the road today. We have had '0' defects and have spent $0 on repairs in the first 30,000 miles.
