Used 2021 Subaru Crosstrek SUV Consumer Reviews
Most UNcomfortable car ever!
I really want to like this car, but I can’t take the pain. Driver’s seat is rock hard and even though seat can be raised, the angle doesn’t change. Like sitting in a concrete hole! Tried every seat cushion available, nothing helps. Not being able to open the hatch from the inside is also irritating. Bought it new, but going to get rid of it. (BTW, I’m an average size female: 135#, 5’6”). It does look nice, safety features and headlights are good. So disappointed!

You need a Crosstrek!
Purchased at the end of May, now 6 months and 9000 miles, I have never had a better "vehicle" experience. From the showroom, my salesman and the entire dealership have responded to any questions. The re -delivery, about a month after my purchase opened my eyes to some of the unused features. I purchased a Sport model, 2.5 engine. I drive about 60 miles daily commute, the mileage has settled on a very consistent 31 mpg. My previous 4 vehicles have been Honda's, 2 Fits, a Civic, and an Element. The Crosstrek impresses me daily, from city driving handling and maneuverability to handling inclement road and weather conditions. The CVT AWD was a big selling point for me, the numerous safety features ACC, EYESIGHT Technology, Lane departure all have been reliable and the ease with which you become accustomed to them is phenomenal. I performed the oil change myself at about 6000 miles, thoroughly inspecting everything I could see or put my hands on undercar. I really feel the compact SUV designation this model has is a misnomer, it feels much more substantial on the road and behind the wheel, and fits me very well at 6'1' 225. Seat, visibility, climate and cabin comforts and amenities are all superior to my previous Hondas. I appreciate the ease of accessibility, the cargo area and driveability. I had only one issue in the first month, one taillight malfunctioned, I called my dealer Dave Wright Subaru, they had me bring my vehicle in at my convenience and quickly changed out the light assembly. I should have bought a Subaru many years ago! In fact I remember my driver's training vehicle in high school was a DL coupe There are SUV'S with more, and many with less than my Crosstrek. The Boxer 2.5 is efficient, and has great acceleration. I am very pleased with my Subaru Crosstrek, my dealer and Subaru. I am already looking to the new model Solterra Electric. Subaru wowed me with the Crosstrek. Interior, seating, heated mirrors, tinted glass, environment-friendly Startex upholstery, visibility, smooth shifting and fuel economy, safety features, remote starting with my iPhone. You get a lot of vehicle and value with the Crosstrek. Give it a drive!

Great Car
Perfect size and Equipment
Sube. Cross 2.5 Subcompact
Love the New Subaru Crosstrek Subcompact. It's not an SUV. I've driven an SUV and this is nothing like that. It has a little less cargo space then my past Impreza, but it has a nicer ride and taller ground clearance.

Pacific Northwest Crosstrek
An all wheel drive car with a powerful 2.5 engine. What a great car! I bought the Limited with power sunroof, heated leather seats and lots of other creature comforts. The XMode has proven a winner for winter driving in the Pacific Northwest along with the great heated seats. Very comfortable and the handling is amazing. Sun roof open during the summer - great fun. This car is tons of fun and we love it. For everything included, the price seems good. Glad I bought this car. We moved some stuff up north from California and with the rear seats down there was an amazing amount of space in the back. Crosstrek is a winner all the way around!!
