Take care of your loyal customers Ram!
We have been loyal Ram owners for years. We are so disappointed in these newer trucks. I have a 2021 Ram 3500 with 90,000 miles in the shop getting the tyranny fixed. There is 0 customer service when trying to get a rental. They have done nothing but try and get out of helping us. Dodge used to take care of thier customers but it looks like they just want to charge more for thier trucks but the customer just gets nickle and dimed to death.

Overkill
I have around 56K miles on this truck and couldn't be happier. I mostly tow a ~5ton trailer so this is obviously overkill for me but I love it

Loving the 5th Gen Rams
My first Ram was a new 2019 1500 Laramie. Absolutely loved it but it was getting bullied by my 38’ travel trailer. Traded it for 2020 3500 Big Horn with 6.7L and it towed the camper like a dream. After two months I was hit head-on by an old Ram 1500. The 3500 won and my wife and I only had minor injuries. Ordered a new 2022 3500 Laramie with 6.7L. I love it. After a year, I hit a deer causing $10k of damage. In the big truck, I didn’t even feel the impact. I saw it and heard the impact. In a small car I probably would have been injured. My only complaint about this vehicle is that the infotainment glitched once at a very inconvenient time. I was in an unfamiliar city and the system rebooted leaving me without the instructions from the navigation system. Not so much a complaint but I notice that the Laramie seats seem firmer than the Big Horn’s seats. It’s an awesome vehicle for family road trips. Plenty of space. Great visibility. On the highway I can easily average 20mpg when not towing. The cabin is quiet. The ride is rougher than the 1500 but not uncomfortable. My only warning to potential buyers is that this is a large vehicle with a huge turning radius making u-turns impossible in some locations and the length and width make parking a bit challenging.

Love my Dually but…
I love my limited Dually. Just one thing. The trans broke with 15k on it. Took 3 weeks to get it back and I’m currently working with Ram to get reimbursed for all of the outside costs incurred because of the breakdown. They have now issued a recall for the issue after hundreds of transmissions have failed. Other than that I absolutely love this truck. The diesel engine is an absolute beast. Have always been a Ford guy but this truck has absolutely changed my mind about Ram.

Amazing daily vehicle
I was blown away with 2023 Ram 3500 DRW Limited HO 6.7 night edition 6 speed Aisin Trans , 4.1 Gear. It is so smooth , quiet, and performs well. Interior is much better than my old 2020 F350 DRW 6.7 Platinum.
