Used 2004 Pontiac Vibe Consumer Reviews
VERY NICE DRIVE
HIGHWAY RIDE IN VERY NICE. CRUISES AT 80+ VERY COMFORTABLY. AERODYNMAMICS MAKE IT EXCEPTIONALLY STABLE IN STRONG CROSSWINDS FOR A LIGHTWEIGHT CAR. HANDLES NICELY....FLAT IN TURNS. SOMETIMES YOU WISH ACCELERATION FROM 40 TO 60 MPH WAS STRONGER, BUT 30+ MPG IN SUBURB DRIVING IS WELCOME WITH HIGH GAS$$. LOVE SPLIT FOLD-DOWN REAR SEAT AND HARD FLOORING. HANDLES 5 BODIES AMAZINGLY WELL WITH REARSEAT UP. HEADROOM IS GOOD, ESPECIALLY IN REARSEATS!
great little car
With the cost of fuel where it is, had to look for a vehile that got better milage than our 1996 Seville STS. And boy did we find one. Our 2003 Vibe has been a very, very plesent purchase. The milage is wonderful and the ride quite comfortable. The back seat has much more room than anticipated and the rear storage area is just what the doctor order. Have suggest this vehicle to friends and coworkers who are getting ready to purchase a vehicle. So far two friends have purchased a Vibe, and they are completely satisified.

Good 2 Go
I bought my Abyss Vibe back in Feb. 04. Previously I was driving a Dodge Dakota, but wanted a little more room. I wasn't really aware of the Vibe until I started looking for a trade-in. I fell in love with it, and bought it even though it cost more than my truck. It has great styling, very functional, gorgeous interior, and great gas mileage. The performance can be enhanced easily if you want to spend a few bucks. I put Eibach Sportline lowering springs on it and it now sits about 2 inches lower and handles even better than stock. I also put a Magnaflow exhaust which makes it sound a little bit more aggresive.
Can't beat a 4 Cylinder
A 4 cylinder engine is not built for performance, but my baby still has the zip at a green light to get out ahead of the traffic. Highway driving requires the proper use of 4th gear, not sure if I would buy the automatic. So many features that have increased my enjoyment of camping, Cargo space, 110 volt plug in(for curling iron or blender), roof rack, plastic cargo w/ tie downs.
Mt GT
My last vehicle was a mini van that was 10 years old. I was hesitant to drop down to a small car, but the style attracted me. I have not been disappointed. It is fun to drive and gets great fuel economy.
