Used 2005 Nissan Murano Consumer Reviews
Beautiful Ride and comfort
I have had car 2 days and all I can say is Heaven. The ride is so smooth and the seats are so comfortable. Great feel and fun to drive. No road noise and Bose system is excellent. I enjoy the dash layout and sunroof. Fold down seats by handle in cargo is easy access. Intellikey was great idea. Will comment in future after owning it for a little while. Highly recommend! Got fantastic deal before 2006 comes out with little changes expected. I leased SL AWD with Touring pkg.
My Non Bimmer
Great steering feel, transmission requires 200 miles befor it quiets down, tire noise also vanishes after 200 miles.

love the murano
Purchased the sl awd model in july of '04. Wife has driven it now 21000 miles. It has averaged over an entire week 22-24 mpg that is city and highway driving combined. they told us when we purchased it that it wouldn't start getting its best mileage until about 10,000 miles and they were right. Love the ride and comfort, great stereo, and for an SUV I find it to be rather fun to drive and quite peppy. The CVT doesn't seem to sap that much power.
Very Nice Mini SUV
I am extremely happy with the puchase of my new Murano. The car looks great, drives powerfully and smothly and has a very comfortable interior. Rear storage space is important for me and the Murano delivers (although no where near what it repaced: an '88 Saab 900). Without a doubt, the exterior look is what seduced me- I noticed them on the road for months before my purchase. For me, the look is magic. Five cars ago I drove a Nisson 280 ZX- a fantastic automobile- Nissan simply makes great cars.
Wonderful vehicle for the price...
I have been very impressed with the vehicle as a whole. As with any vehicle, there are minor things I'd like to change (such as the inability to use the NAV system while driving) but overall, I love the car and highly recommend the SE version for the shifter. Not as much fun to drive as my Maxima, but no slouch for its size. (And it averages at 20MPG in the city, even at high altitude!)
