SO FAR SO GOOD~
dove to 78k, bought around 56k still runs strong and 3.8V6 pulls like a muscle car traction control works very nice on rainy day!
I Love my 2007 Eclipse
I have a 2007 Eclipse GS. 4 cylinder, 2.4l engine and a manual transmission. It's so much fun to drive and very reliable. Obviously it isn't as quick as the V6 version, but it will get up and go. I've owned the car for 9 years and haven't had any major mechanical issues with it. It now has just over 100k miles on it. What I love about it: The look of it. Very sporty looking, seems to be styled similarly to a Porsche. It handles corners like it's on rails, which makes it a lot of fun to drive. I love that it has a little more ground clearance than most other sports cars. I realize there are performance impacts with that, but I like it because I rarely scrape the underside when going over bumps or dips. I love that it's front-wheel drive. Again I understand the performance sacrifice with front wheel drive cars, but it's my daily driver and it does pretty well in the snow due to being front wheel drive. The huge subwoofer in the back is also a nice feature. All in all I love this car, and don't ever want to replace it.

Beautiful, affordable, good not great
The negatives on this vehicle are interior space. Hardly any back seat. Not good for extremely tall people. I am 6'4" and fit very snugly. Worst is severe blind spots. Very low to the ground. Handles very well. Average fuel economy for 4 cyl. Decent acceleration/power. Always been reliable. Speaker in trunk eliminates some storage space.
