Very satisfied
I purchased this 2002 c-240 in October 2009 with only 62,000 Km. 6 months later, the odometer is 82,000 Km and never had any problems with this car. I maintain my car with synthetic oil.
2002 320C Review
This is my second 2002 C Class. I bought a 2002 230C and traded it in 18 months later for the 320C. I enjoy driving the car and like the feel of the larger engine. I had a lot of lights blow out in my 230 and have not had that problem in the 320.

Good First Timer Benz
I purchased my vehicle a four years ago from the authorized dealer. At the time, it was an authorized pre-owned vehicle with only 42K miles. The first year, I had no problems, but the following year, I had to replace two door handles. They literally broke off. I continue to deal with computer program glitches on an annual basis which the dealer has suggested I obtain an updated software from Germany. I have also had to replace the engine mounts shocks only after 80K miles! Mercedes were once known for their durability and QUALITY ABOVE ALL. It seems like too much plastic for a Mercedes. However, it is a fun vehicle to drive, turns on a dime and great first time Benz.
Lemon or Orange
I have never, in my life, had a car as bad as this Benz....for over 3 yrs of ownership, my car has been in the "shop" more than I've driven it. As soon as it's fixed with one problem, 2 days later it has another. I've givin it plenty of chances...25 strikes, your OUT. So,the only option now is to say good buy to it forever.!
Piece of junk
Bought new and within the first week noticed a crack in the steering wheel. Dealer replaced. Then the brake light went out. Replaced. Then the license light went out. Remote refuses to work at times. About 3 months in, tried to back the car out on a winter day and as soon as I engaged reverse, the engine died. Should have been a sign along with the weird engine noises. Then at 18000 miles, a few weeks over a year old, the engine stalls on the highway. A plastic piece on the under side of the rear passenger door is also loose. The c240 is a complete waste of time and money. Stay away!
