fun to drive
What a great car. No trouble since I bought it. I love this car so much I can't bring myself to trade it in on a more practical vehicle. It is the only car we own.
Love my Miata
Have driven this car daily for almost 7 years. Only repairs ever needed were the tires and the battery, until just 6 months ago, when the brake pads were replaced. The car still drives like it did when it was new. This is the best engineered, and most reliable car I have ever owned. I just had it repainted, because I plan to keep it for many more years.
Simply Amazing!
Wow! What am amazing car! Amazing performance for a 4-cylinder, and surprisingly roomy on the inside. Bose audio is great, and the hardtop was included as well. Plenty of style, plenty of fun, and plenty of saved gas money in your wallet. A great choice if you are in dire need for some serious fun, but can't spring for that $50,000 convertible.
Seriously good car
Awesome. That's all I can say. Lots-o-low end torque to make a performance car drivable in the city. Loads of fun, to say the least, in quick turning mountain roads and the short shift is a beautiful thing.
I love driving again
I honestly look forward to the most routine errands or just any excuse to drive my Miata. The style and look of this gem turns heads everywhere I go. I love my Miata.
99 Silver Bullet
Amazing fun and performance for a stock vehicle with a low price. It offers more than I expected.
My Miata
I love to drive it. My Miata has made the 60 mile drive to and from work on curvy, hilly, country roads the most enjoyable and relaxing part of my day for the past five years. I plan to purchase a new Miata later this year.

What a great car to own and drive. I have never owned a car that has received more comments than the 10th anniversary Miata. It is so much fun to drive even on long trips. Might be cramped for anyone taller than 5'11", though. Great road trip car. Handles nicely and is rally fun to drive. Have not had one ounce of trouble with the car! Very reliable.
Supercharged, intercooled with awesome power/handl
No worries, little maintenance.

More fun than a Human should be allowed!!!
I have had my 1999 Miata for about 12 years now, and it has been as trouble free as can be! Mine is the 10th Anniversary Edition, but it is still a great little running car, and has given me almost no trouble. One problem was a recurring MAF sensor being fouled, but I found online that if you change the outlet for the sensor to the middle of the valve cover from the rear outlet, the problem goes away and never comes back! I have replaced the convertible top, and did get the car repainted shortly after I got it (with 80K miles), but that was mostly because the cowboy I bought it from seemed to think that you never had to dry out under the bra he put on the front, and I didn't want a white nose, on a Sapphire Blue car! This always feels like it can really haul a__ and is just so fun to run it up to redline and feel like you are tearing up the road! Great fun, fantastic ride, if a bit cramped for big guys, and very low maintenance, if you take care of it! I keep looking a the new ones, then figure why should I spend that kind of money, when I have the things I want in an older and paid for model!

6 years, 160K, but had issues
I bought my Miata for $7000 in 2005 with 70K on it. It had one owner who kept every record of service and who washed it every Saturday. The car was a dream for about 2 years, then my check engine light came on. I ignored it and it would go away and come back. One hot day in August my car overheated and I had to pull over on the highway. My radiator had cracked. We had it replaced but still had problems with the check engine light. Then in 2010 my air conditioning only worked if the car was in motion, otherwise it would shudder. This summer (2011) my car frequently overheated if I wasn't in motion. Even with all of these problems I still was sad to see it go when I finally upgraded.
