Owned a 2014 GT and loved it. Been Mazda customers for 10 years having left Honda. The 6 is a great looking car. I great compliments from Lexus, Jag, Audi, etc drivers wanting to know what it is. Leased my 16 GT almost three years ago. Still love the car. The think the power is just fine and if needed I hit the sport button for a little boast as needed. The rear camera is not the greatest and still have difficulty in determining just exact where the car is. Love the radar cruise, but also keep my foot over the brake just in case. It has saved me a couple of times from hitting something in front of me. Like the text feature on entertainment but the GPS is awful. My 14 had real time traffic and would tell you when to change routes. The 16 does not so its not great if you are relying on the time. Also not always the easiest to fine a new place with directory. I got used to the flip up heads up display and love having it in front of me. More than likely I will lease or but the 2018/2019 Mazda 6 depending on pricing. Don't really want a turbo, but the 2018 GT has less options and not real leather. Will most likely go with GT Reserve. Cant go wrong with this car.

Bought this car in 2016 May,GT model. there are already 6500 miles on my car. performance is good, not fuel economic as they said but acceptable. driving in NYC, my MPG is 23.5 average(some local, some highway). on highway it's 28-30 i would say. the car is very stylish, comfortable and sporty. I would like to give 5 stars for this car if i didn't meet these issues. 1. my cars frond hook cover was disappeared after a long way drive, from NYC to Cape code. I t will LOOSE, so if you are reading this, please check it and use double faced adhesive tape to firm it!!!!! The dealer said it's not on warranty and i need to spend $60 for a hook cover with white painting work! I was so upset! so i checked online mazda part sell and the part is only $3, black. so i bought it and i didn't paint it to white i don't really care it looks like but you can image there is a black mole on your white face! 2. your wheel is really ez to get hurt by the curb, please be careful when you parking on the street. 3. i recently found my passenger side front wheel fender is warped up a little bit, not as symmetrical as another side, i swear i never hit anything, and the fender outside is perfect, no scratch!!, i took the car to dealer and their machinist couldnt tell whats really happened this, so they suggest me to w8 their distribution manager to call me back, they will take the car to body shop, if the fender was not damaged, it will be the factory issue, and mazda will pay for it. Now i am still waiting their response. I hope you guys didnt meet these issue and im the only unlucky guy here.

The navigation system needed an update after two months, still no real-time traffic alerts, and I-phones don't show e-mails, which seems to be an Apple problem. This is my wife's new car. She was satisfied with her 2009 Nissan Altima, but its CVT transmission's potential reliability issue was enough of a reason to replace it. We looked at plenty of online video reviews, and owning a 2008 Mazda MX-5 were compelling enough reasons to take a test drive. We have no complaints about power, acceleration, road noise or ride quality. We plan on keeping this car for many years, especially since it has a much more reliable real automatic transmission. Fuel economy has been slightly better than the Altima, and the 6 is much more fun to drive. Doing some homework before the purchase helped. The dealer we chose for the test drive and where I bought my Miata wasn't True-Car certified, but honored the price with the presented True-Car printout with additional USAA and Mazda loyalty discount. We passed on the Technology package. There was no need to order exactly what we wanted, since the dealer found what we wanted not far away. She gets plenty of complements on how the car looks, Soul Red with Parchment leather.
