Overall excellence

Great car with two non-critical strikes against it: confusing and ill-designed dashboard ergonomics (excessive use of highly reflective piano black on console and dash, highly reflective glass on map/apps screen and instruments screen, some tiny buttons on dash…) and gas consumption below stated goals. Oh… and that 800-plus pages manual (plus another one for electronics, both translated so-so from Japanese. Otherwise great ride and plenty of torque and power for its size.

Overall, I've been very pleased with my Lexus NX hybrid. I purchased my car a few months ago and have put 2k miles on it. I have a base model and love it. It has every thing I need and I've been able to average 35 mpg. If you're looking for an AWD SUV with the quality of a Lexus, but don't want to dish out $70k for an RX, I would highly recommend the NX.

I waited 10 months for my 2024 NX350h. It is my first Lexus and I am disappointed and wish I still have my Honda Pilot. For one, there is an intermittent rattle coming from the dashboard. Lexus doesn't know what to do because of course, the rattle disappears when I take it in. For what I paid for this SUV, there should not be one noise. The gas mileague is good, the interior cabin is stylish, but there are quirks or "work arounds" using the technology. I am disappointed to say the least and considering selling it.

I had many Lexus and it is a great car but it has to problem The seat stitches are closer to the middle but if it can be moved to the border line feels better The other problem is with the front viper is not going all the way to the end from driver side and that is a big issue for visibility Another issue is with the front seat belts that are loose and making noise by the plastic cover it would be better to use softer plastic Also the arm rest and dashboard are making noise on the bumpy roads I had to use stool leg floor protectors to fill the gaps and prevent the noise

Traded my 2013 RX 450h with 90,000 miles for a 2024 NX 350h. The 2013 was the best built vehicle I’ve ever, or hoped to ever, own. The NX…..first of all, I’m paying 7.9% interest to Lexus because “hybrids are in high demand”. Crazy on my part I guess to think the interest rate should be based on the term of financing and ability to re-pay. Incidentally, my wife and I both have credit scores in the 800s. By the way, I was not informed of the interest rate until I had already signed or initialed at least 20 times. When I took possession of the NX 70 days ago, the odometer showed 2 miles…..now 1,760. At the 14 day point, I begin to get notifications…….problems with the Supplemental Restraint System AND the Headlights System……CONTACT YOUR DEALER. WELL, I’m thinking that this is a Lexus and it will correct itself. At first the notifications were sporadic. Now, they are constant. For one thing, cruise control is non-functional….assumable related to the notifications. So, I have an appointment to drive to the Denver-area dealership….20 miles….and leave my new car. Hey Lexus, I’m shocked.
