One of my favorite cars ever!
I have had many cars over the years and this one is, by far, the best. The interior leather quality is very nice and the seat setting options, along with lumbar support options, ensure a comfortable ride. Lexus has a good selection of exterior and interior color options. I had chosen Atomic Silver for the exterior and the Black/Red combination for the interior, both of which I have received many compliments.

Not a “classic” Lexus
I brought my GS F for service and they gave me this as a courtesy car to bounce around in for the day. Since I had a few places to go I ended up putting a good amount of miles on it. My take on this car is that I would MUCH rather be driving my wife’s Highlander Limited. There’s no comparison between the two. Too much cabin noise, the engine has way too much low end lag, and tge transmission seems confused half the time. Performance is non-existent. The interior is decent and the exterior is stylish. Verdict: buy this car if you dont care at all about spirited driving. Buy this car if you want to pull up to the antique flea market in style.

WINDSHIELD WASHER TROUBLE
I have a 2017 model with only 40,000 miles, and in general, it has been OK. However, the windshield washer indicator showed that it needed to be refilled. I took it to the mechanic who said that the entire system needs to be replaced. Lexus wants over $1000 for the job. My contention is that this should NOT happen with a so called luxury car with low mileage. I expect better from Lexus. Between my husband and me, we have had many different kinds of cars and never experienced this problem. I send a letter to corporate regarding this matter, and I am waiting for their response. I definitely can't afford that amount of money for a windshield washer system. I would like to know if there's anyone else who have had this issue. Thanks for letting me share this information.

Love the NX
This is my second Lexus and I wouldn’t buy anything else. Drives beautifully. Maintain and drive that’s how they’re built. The touchpad for the screen control is highly sensitive and is my only complaint. I’ve had mine for 6 years with 82k. I needed the stays replaced on my rear lift gate as one wore out. But with one of the best CPO warranties in the industry with 6 years unlimited mileage, the cost to replace these was nothing. I bring it to Lexus for all service every 5k. Brakes and tires are the only other items I’ve replaced. Drives like it did the day I bought it. I highly recommend.
