This was truly a fun Luxury car to own. Gas mileage was decent, but better on the highway and extremely comfortable on trips. I Bought this car in 2016 with over a 100,000 miles and this car still drove brand new. No major problems aside from normal wear and tear. However there was one issue that seems to be with most of the Lexus with Mark Levinson sound system. Apparently the sound goes out. This could mean you need a new Amplifier or a fuse could be blown. I actually got lucky and watched and youtube video that showed me the possibilities of it being a blown fuse. I was able to change out the fuse and just like that, Radio was working, I had sound. Crazy I had no radio for 2 weeks behind something so simple. Just glad it was a $5 fix. This car is Truly an eye catcher. This is a Big Car, but interesting enough doesn't drive like one. Performance is amazing! Kinda like a big body sports car! I must say i was weary of getting this car due to cost of repairs, mileage and pricing, But the car did Great. For me I'm glad I chose this one. I recommend this car!!!

The LS 460L sets new standards for the luxury car market. Mine replaces a European luxury car and is a huge improvement over my previous model. The panel is attractive and the controls are logical. Comfort for a king. Never have I seen such luxury. Room, room - the front seats move back far enough to accommodate the very largest drivers. Astonishing rear space for long legs. The car has superb handling and firm cornering. Quick as a cat, it handles tight, rough mountain roads effortlessly. Acceleration is astonishing for this huge sedan. Braking is equally smooth and quick. The LS 460L is a Winner!!

I have read the magazines review for this car, but they get a little picky in my view, If it does a quarter mile in 5.6 or 5.4 seconds, this car is quick!! It really responds on the highway, like when you are going 80 mph and you give it a little gas and you are going 100 mph in an instant. This car is fun to drive, it is a luxury sports car. I test drove the Benz and the BMW, I don't know what the magazines are talking about, they do not hold a candle to this car, especially in value. Drive one for you yourself, you will see!!

I have owned 39 cars in the past 50 years including 1981 Imperial, 1977 New Yorker, 1962 Thunderbird,2002 Infiniti Q-45, 2006 Infiniti M, 2006 Lexus LS430, and this is the best yet. It outperforms the Q-45, handles better than the LS430, and is just as quiet as the LS430. The Nobel Spinael Mica is the most beautiful color I have ever owned. We drive 2500 miles to CA to visit the children and driving 600 miles a day in 4 days is a breeze. The gas mileage for a 380 HP engine is incredible. In our last trip to CA, we averaged 29 MPG. I have gotten as high as 31 MPG on a 500 mile round trip. No car is perfect, but this one is as close as I have ever owned.

I have tested S550, BMW 7 series and Audi A-8. Lexus has the best engine, drive train, interior quality, options and dollar value. Put the Lexus dependability on top of all these, I cannot see how people can justify the other German products.
