Elegance and comfort
As someone in their early 20's my only complaint is that I would prefer a little bit of a stiffer ride for cornering. But then again, I'm sure when Lexus made this car their target audience wasn't 20-something year olds. That being said, this is the best car I've ever owned and I'm so satisfied that I plan to keep it for as long as possible. I own a mercedes that is 1 year newer and has less miles and it doesn't even compare to the comfort, quality, and dependability of my Lexus. I bought the car from the second owner, both owners were elderly and kept fantastic care of the car, and I plan to do the same.

Best Car I've Ever Owned
I purchased my LS 400 Anniversary Edition Oct 2013 with only 47k from a 70 year old lady who bought it brand new. The car was still in showroom new condition with every option available and shows hardly any wear. This car drives like a dream and turns more heads than my 2013 Nissan 370Z. You guessed it, the Z is spending a lot of time in the garage. The only problem is the instrument cluster not lighting up until the car warms up so I know the car has a more miles on it than the odometer shows but I'm not worried because I will never, ever, ever, ever sell this gem.. I have contacted the guy on EBAY that repairs them and will be getting it to him soon. What the heck...I paid $6500 for it.

"One of the best cars ever made!"
This is the best car I have ever owned. The build quality and reliability of the LS400 are unmatched. It does not have the best acceleration in it's class due to the weight of the vehicle, but it's a luxury car. My friends always comment on how nice the car is and the price I bought it for. I want to run the car 'till it dies... which will be a long time.
ENJOY IT FOREVER!
I bought my LS400 in april of 2004. I got a great deal on it because they didn't want to fix a/c display that went out, which is pretty coslty and common failure on these cars that occurs after years. I heard from my friend technician that there are a few Ls400s still running strong around 500k miles particularly in California! And as for the maintenance those Ls400s can last on the original timing belt at 200k miles and still run as if it was brand new. Nevertheless above, I don't encourage those Ls400s owners to neglect their machines and try it.
Driver's Review
What can I say? It's a Lexus. I love the car but was a little disappointed with the way the driver seat feels. It's a little too firm. Maintenance is very high yet it appears to be worth it if I can drive the car for another couple of years.
