I recently bought a 2023 IS350. It was a lexus fleet vehicle with 12,300 miles. I have not had this car for 30 days & It has been towed back to the dealership twice in two days. It wont start & the dealership doesn't know why. They are trying to figure it out as I write this review. I just want to return it & get my money back. This was the worst purchase of my life

I love the way it looks and it's very comfortable to drive. But for a car that cost $60k total you would think it's fully loaded. It's a luxury car and some might not agree but to each his own. Well here's what I was hoping the car comes standard but it doesn't. No memory seat, mirror doesn't tilt down when backing up, no navigation but there is carplay and android auto but it doesn't have wireless connectivity, mirrors don't fold when parked. I understand that you can get those installed as an option but it wasn't even offered to me so I thought it's already there. I didn't do my research but I would've loved to have any of those over the ASC (active sound control) that does nothing but let you hear the sound of the engine....

I bought my Lexus IS350 in august after downsizing from a 2020 Cayenne. I have been throughly impressed with the features that come at this price point, and the performance and sound of the engine with the optional exhaust is also outstanding. You also can’t beat the Lexus reliability, still a model that’s manufactured in Japan. A few quibbles:

Had this car for 3 years and still really like it. The criticism around it being underpowered seems odd. There is plenty of power. My biggest disappointment is that the automatic transmission in regular or eco mode is a bit clunky. Not as good of transmissions as BMW or Audi but I have no regrets and get compliments on looks a lot! Good gas mileage too.
