Newer isn't better
I had an 2013 Optima ex and loved it. No complaints or issues. They made me a great trade in offer so I upgraded to a 2017 Optima Ex. Worst decision I could have made. From day one it has been trouble. My transmission slips and the claim the can't replicate it or find a problem. My right mirror will not save memory so I have to set it everytime. Again they can't seem to fix it. My radio has been replaced because it would not display heat/air settings. To top it off the lifters are now knocking when I crank it. I only have 40,000 miles on it. I wish I had kept my 2013.

The car itself has overcome alot and changed my rating towards satisfaction. Though I can't say the same for the dealership which has changed hands.
