Used 2005 Kia Amanti 4dr Sedan (3.5L 6cyl 5A) Consumer Reviews
Happy Driver
Love the way car handles, great looks, well designed.
Don't Let the Nameplate Stop You
After getting past the nameplate on the car, I am glad that I purchased this vehicle. I have put over 20,000 miles on the car in a little over 8 months. The performance has exceeded all expectations, and I believe now, more than ever, that this vehicle is by far the best value in its class. Kia has hit a home run with the Amanti.

I love my Amanti
Ok, so I've only had my Amanti a month, but I took another one overnight to drive and fell in love with its style and its handling. The doors shut solidly, the handling is unbelievable; rides smooth. I love the leather and dash. It's got 8 speakers, and the arm rest in the backseat has a compartment with drink holders built in. I get so many thumbs up from admirers. I think Hyundi taking over Kia was the best thing to happen to them. The 10 year/100,000 warranty with 5 years/60,000 is the best in the field.
The Amanti turn heads
The Amanti is a fun car to drive. It has all the quality and features of sedans costing thousands more. We have had people approach us in parking lots with compliments. It will turn heads as we drive by. It's great! You can't beat the 10 years or 100,000 mile warranty either.
Amanti Ride - Enjoyable
For the money, it is a nice riding and fairly reliable automobile. The quality of interior components is great. The exterior trim and styling are outstanding. The drivetrain components maintain their life expectancy. Contrary to Consumer Reports, the car does NOT shake and rattle at high speeds. The exterior hepa filter for incoming air is a problem. When it clogs, it's a $245.00 replacement item. The vehicle and computer will operate without the filter. At 30,000 miles, two new sets of front rotors, tires and oil/filter every 3,000 keeps me going. An enjoyable car to drive and maintain.
I like it!
The car handles well and rides well, comfortable to drive, and the controls are easily within reach. Gas mileage could be better. Nice little buggy for the money, I like mine!
Eye Pleasing Performer
I love the look and the feel, but not the gas mileage. It could use a little more horses under the hood just to match its competitors.
Affordable Luxury on Wheels
The Amanti is a head turner. I receive stares and comments quite often, and it gives me the feeling of driving a very expensive luxury sedan.
A great ride
If you are looking for a car that will be mistaken for a Mercedes. a Lincoln, a Jaguar, or a Lexus, this is it.
CHUCK'S REVIEW
I have been surprised with the reaction that I get from my friends about the Kia Amanti. They all are impressed with the styling and comfort of the car, not to mention how quite it runs. They just can't believe that it is a Kia ! We also have a hatchback Spectra that I bought for my daughter. She loves it.
