Nice vehicle, but poorly engineered - typical Chry

I have a 2023 Wagoneer Series III that is fully loaded. It drives wonderfully, however it is full of quality and design issues. It is by far the worst vehicle ownership experience I have had!

Like many are saying we've had issues since 10k miles. We love it when it operates, but we've had it in the shop 3 of 16 months. Mostly electrical issues. The dealership has no idea how to fix the thing. Chrystler is no help at all, ignoring us and never doing what they say that they will do. They only want to sell you the vehicle, they dont care if it works or if they are stealing your $100,000. Stay away. Overall we wish we never bought the vehicle. Worst vehicle purchase of my life. Boo.

Very quiet, tons of power, handles crispy, like a sedan. Mpg is not great at 16, but beats my suburban z71. Very comfortable on long trips.

After 3 years of a great experience with a leased Series 2 Wagoneer, we upgraded to a 2023 Grand Wagoneer, w/very low miles that came off of lease. At a price that could not be refused! This vehicle simply has ALL the bells and whistles. I thought the Wagoneer was very well equipped but this takes it to another level....the stereo alone is amazing. Once small gripe is that the seats are very firm....could be because the vehicle was barely used, or maybe due to the massage system? My Wagoneer seats were heavenly. I hope these break in over time. I don't understand all of the complaints and problems...my Wagoneer was trouble free and so far, so good with the Grand.
