Traded in 13 Kia Sorento because service center was beyond disappointing. So glad I did. I bought the Sorento to be practical, I bought this GC because I truly WANTED it. I am so glad I did. The ride improvement alone justifies my desicion. In 3 days, I've driven over 300 miles just because. I can't wait to get out of work just to drive it again. I know I sound like a kid, but I'm 45. Also, I actually have gotten thumbs up from people checking out my rims. Never would of happened in the Kia.

This jeep has been a great value with low maintenance. It's lacking some power when I really need it especially when merging in traffic. It's been very low maintenance as well. Next time i'll buy a Jeep with more power.........

2015 Grand Cherokee Altitude, it drives great and I love the way it looks with sharp style. But I got disappointed with the quality of the interior seat. The seats are kind of mix clothing with surrounding leather. After 3 months of purchasing I started to notice that the middle of driver's seat start to tear on me. I contacted the dealer and they took a pic and sent to the Chrysler trying to replace the seat since it still under manufacture warrantee, but the response was negative. I am really disappointed and still angry because I am very sure that was not my fualt and I am not a smoker.So this replacement is going to cost me about $800.

I've owed my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude for only a week, but love it. Compared to my 2014 Toyota Tacoma which had nothing but trouble and was extremely noisy on the hwy, this Jeep GC is a dream to drive. Shifting is smooth and I love the styling inside and out. After reading some of the reviews I hoping for a trouble free experience, but there's problems in everything it's how they are handled that makes the difference.
