Used 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Consumer Reviews
Love the Power......
love the v-8.didnt like the in-line 6 at all..wanted a suv with power.test drove all the others on the market.this was by far the best driving and had the most power.would like to see more interior room though....
Jeeps are the most reliable vehicles
I have had my 2003 Laredo for 7 months and would not trade it for anything. When I got it, I had to replace the main cylinder valve which cost $200. A couple of months ago the window motor and regulator went out and had to be replaced. It was very easy to replace and took less than 15 minutes. To replace it cost $100. I don't understand why so many people do not like their Jeep. Yes some things aren't perfect on them but that is expected out of every vehicle. They are very safe and reliable. I've saw jeeps that have been flipped 6 times and driven home or some that have been hit going 75 mph into an embankment and still driven home. I will not drive anything other than a Jeep.

Love My Jeep
I love everything about my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It has all the room we need and is very well designed. This Jeep has been my dream vehicle. I have 64K miles now and it is still going strong. I choose the 2 wheel drive, because we already have 2 other 4WDs in the family. I usually trade vehicles when I need tires, but never plan on trading my Jeep. You will not be sorry with this vehicle.
Satisfied
Recently purchased a 2003 after owning a 96 Cherokee that was very reliable so reliable we gave itto our son it is still in great condition visually and mechanically with 75K miles on it.... The 03 really is a nice ride and has great styling and a very solid feel are 96 sold us on the 03...
I'm done with it
This vehicle spends more time in the shop than it does on the road. I think they have a sensor that goes off at 37K miles that permits every functional system to go wrong with the car. I have spent $2500 in the past 16 months (given - tires & brakes were $900 of it) and I have little confidence that the end is near. This is the second Jeep I have owned & I have no idea why I was so stupid to buy another one. From here on out, I will only buy Toyota or Honda vehicles. American cars are just not worth the headache.
