engine oil consumption is a total diaster
I have a 2020 jeep latitude with a 2.4 ltr tigershark engine and i see many owners are losing oil at a alarming rate of approx 1qt per 1,000 miles FCA says this is normal and no fix is available a couple of lawsuits are going on in detroit and in california many customers state a complete engine shutdown and staling if below a qt loss and oil is not leaking from the engine this engine runs very hot any many mechanics say the oil evaporates. get with the program FCA address the real problem or buy them back.

U will Love this SUV
I recently bought a (2020 Jeep Latitude Plus 6 cyl.) Not on the list of models here. No hesitation great pick-up, tight feeling vehicle, less outside noise, very comfortable, it has 1/2 gray leather & black cloth centers in the seat, it looks much better w/ the gray & black, very comfortable, keyless which is real nice & auto start, heated seats & steering wheel is great. I think I tried just about every brand of SUV in this size, nothing compared to its performance & quietness & comfort. And I am pretty picky when buying a car. UPDATE AFTER 2 YRS Still love my Jeep Latitude, No problems at all, I tried many SUV's when I was buying, I was open minded to my choice, but after driving this model, it was my choice & still is my choice. I do recommend the 6 cyl. which I did. Gas Mileage is not bad at all. I only have 9,500 thousand miles, but I still love my Jeep 2 yrs later

Driver Side water Leaks
Purchased early model release Sept. 2019. I do wish it had lighted cup holders like mentioned and a customizable screen setting. Mine came with a added option of water leaks on the driver side. I noticed when doing my 1st vacuum cleaning the driver side floor carpet was wet and also passenger side back seat. I dried it up and cleaned it thinking it was a detail issue or fluke. Later I noticed mold growing, very thick under driver side rubber mat. Took to dealer where I purchased the Jeep. They dismissed it and said the Cherokee's never leak. That is a 25.2 trip one way and took nearly all day. Service cleaned carpet and sent me on my way. Again couple weeks later mold came back and driver side wet. Back to service and demanded it be fixed. They had it nearly a month in service, said several leaks found, had to take front end apart and removed the dash. Service said the firewall had weld breaks and caused the leaks. The car had only been a flat level ground. A leaky ($40K) 4x4 and has never been pushed offload in anyway. It appears to finally be fixed but Dealer nor Jeep made any effort to comp us for all the trouble. They sold me a broken car at full price that I then had to deal with. I'm not sure I will ever purchase another Jeep product after going through this. Service was actually rude and made us feel like we were putting them out to get this fixed. Very disappointed in my decision to buy Jeep. I had a Nissan SUV for over a decade and never had a single problem with it, service was good too. I may go back to Nissan.....

Sweet ride and solid build
Very well built rugged vehicle. Even the non-trailhawk versions are solid. Quiet ride and is very comfortable too. Plenty of rear seat space for people with longer legs and lots of hip room. I test drive this vehicle in many styles but the 4x4 drive with the V6 or turbo 4 is the best. Don't get scared by the 9 speed trans some make a big deal out of. That general sluggishness was several years ago and the software updates have improved it 10 fold. Love the interior layout and that there is NO plastic fantastic pieces making it look cheap. It's nice soft materials all around

Great car
Get the 3.2L V6. The base 4 cyl is pretty slow. The turbo 4 is new this year plus you have to use premium fuel and pay extra for the turbo. The V6 comes with a 9 speed automatic and it really flies. I get 24 mpg on the highway and it’s ride is very smooth and quiet. It’s great looking fast comfortable loaded with options and reasonably priced. I’ve had mine since early June and now has 6000 miles with no problems and love driving it.
