Would buy another one.
This is my second Tucson. I owned a 2006 Tucson for four years and it was one of the most dependable and go-in- the-snow cars I had ever owned. I would still have my first one if Hyundai hadn't changed the body styles. I really love what Hyundai has done for the Tucson style. Hopefully, it will be mechanically as good as it's former model.
Great Value for the Price
This is my first Hyundai and I find the Tucson to offer the best features and most comprehensive warranty for the money. I have driven over 8000 miles getting about 22-24 mpg in the city and 26-32 on the highway. Mileage is subject to wind, a/c, and tire inflation pressure. I gained an additional 2 mpg by increasing the tire pressure from 30 to 40 psi. Plenty of room for a family of four and our luggage even on longer trips.

New 2010 Limited Tucson
We just bought our 2nd Hyundai in the last 3 months. After buying a limited 2011 Sonata my wife started to look at Hyundai in a whole different way. After looking at chevy and gmc, vw. Hyundai was the Big winner! We only paid $23,900 for the Limited and if we had bought some other one with the same options we would have paid like 30K. And the warranty and the lower interest just made a simple deal. We are sold on Hyundai. Now we open our garage and we have 2 Hyundai looking Nice.
So Far, So Great!
We just purchased the GLS AWD Drive with the popular equipment package in Garnett Red. It has brown, taupe, and red interior. Really beautiful SUV that is turning heads. I have only had it a few days and so far we love it. The ride is solid with no rattles. But I have to say, we live in Pittsburgh where many of the roads infamous like riding on the BAJA trail. On these bumpy surfaces, it is a rough riding vehicle but very stable, controlled, solid, and quiet. If you are concerned about that aspect, you might want to opt for the fwd. It supposedly has a very supple ride. On two tanks of gas, I am averaging highway and city, about 25 mpg! So far, this vehicle is quality inside and out.
Nice car
We did a lot of comparison shopping. We got the limited with multiple sun roofs and navigation system. Once these extras are added in, this car is the best value, with best mileage. We have driven 1600 miles, including one long trip. In general we have found this an excellent car with great mileage and a lot of nice extras. While the rear-view is somewhat limited through the window, our model has a back up camera. We are very happy with this car.
