2023 Hyundai Sonata Consumer Reviews
Unique styling with great feature set and tech
Purchased a 2022 Sonata SEL. The styling can be polarizing but I think it has a great look from most angles. The SEL is the sweet spot in the Sonata line. You get the unique daytime running lights, auto air, power driver's seat, heated seats and the full Hyundai safety suite including radar cruise. It rides well, is quiet and has plenty of power with the NA engine. (fuel economy is also good at 27/37 mpg EPA). You even get a real spare tire! Highly recommended. If your plan on purchasing this vehicle do so quickly as the 2023 SEL sticker is increasing by $1225! The only change I can see is an upgrade from the 8" MMI to the 10.25 ". Most Sonatas are currently built in Korea, the Kia K5 is built in the USA.

Brand new N Line in Quartz White
have had this 2022 N-Line Sonata a bit less than a month now.. best deal in the market right now. Rides like German sport sedan, most of the time. when it’s dry and flat outside( south florida) it’s in Sport+. when it rains I go to Sport mode. It can keep up with anyone out there. Looks sharp, fit and finish is great, has everything you need, including burying you in your comfy seat when you mash it. its a 4 series, C-Class, or S, for thousands less. It has heated seats , but wish they were ventilated. That is literally the only thing I miss. Its a great car, drive it before everyone realizes what they can get for < $35K..

Best Value for the Money
I am more of a tech guy and all the bells and whistles in this car makes me smile everytime I drive. Before this, I had a 2020 Accord Sport and material quality on that was better but this car’s tech is on another level.

Unexpected performance in a nicely styled package
IThis is my first Hyundai and I am blown away. I've owned Hondas, Fords and Volvos. I've been familiar with the brand since they were introduced in the U.S. The promise of cheap transportation was what gave them a foothold in the market. Well, they kept improving their product and offering models with the latest technology and with designs that are fresh. I recently purchased the '22 Sonata N Line and I am thoroughly impressed. The performance this car delivers is mind blowing. 290 hp and the torque you'd expect from a truck. The fit and finish of the materials inside is excellent. But, it's the value of the complete package that I found impressive. You get and awful lot for your money. 19' wheels, panoramic sunroof, great seats with bolsters that a NASCAR drive would appreciate. This is a gorgeous car. I was looking at different brands and models and when I saw the '22 Sonata and read about the N Line package, I quickly decided to go out and get it. We literally purchased the only one available in NH at the time. And the color, Portofino Gray, is very classy. Immediately after the purchase we go for a longer drive than the test drive. It just got better and better. The Pirelli P Zero tires are fantastic. The power when in Sport mode is amazing. In Sport +, which disables the traction control, you will get some wheel spin if you get heavy on the pedal. The steering tightens up and the suspension stiffens. It becomes an entirely different car. It just seems to have endless power and traction. I still can't believe I am this impressed with a Hyundai Sonata. The only downside of the purchase is that it it's my wife's car. I don't get to drive it every day... I'm thinking about getting one for myself now...
