Replaced my Prius with this and glad I did

It’s got so much more than a Prius for so much less money, it was almost unbelievable. For one thing, it’s silent, because the body is glued like an airplane fuselage, not welded. So if slips through the air like no Toyota can. It’s also got more horses in a smaller engine, and it eats a bit less gas than the Prius. Pickup is good on streets and on the highway, and passing is smooth and sure. The lane keep assist is helpful and easy to disengage. The blind spot radar is incredibly helpful - I keep it on all the time. The backup camera and warning system are also very helpful, and a necessity not included on the Prius unless you upgrade two trim levels (or over five thousand dollars). The base audio package was quite excellent and required no upgrading either. The built-in satellite 🛰 radio and the airplanelike soundproofing makes for concert hall level sound production— it’s like like taking a drive in a Bruce Springsteen concert!!! (One year update) still running silent and smart! Not a problem in sight! Drives as good as it did the day I bought it!

Great ride but mpg is not realistic

First, if you get the chance find a Ioniq with the Ultimate package. The benefits of this package for $2000 is well worth it. Second, the 55+ mpg is not realistic. I average 48 and sometimes 52 mpg. The Prius is a more realistic value to mpg. Otherwise, the Ioniq is a great vehicle with a better ride and feel than the Elantra and even the Sonata. Last, I bought my car I found through edmunds.com and wanted to thank you for the research and help finding the best price. In fact, I was able to get the extended warranty and negotiate the price down below the suggested retail price! Thanks again for the help.

I'm trying my car but so far I'm having lots of fun. I leased because of the warranty, price and the possibility to change to a hybrid, and I'm in love with it. I'm having fun. Super safe car!

Fabulously comfortable, 60mpg, bells and whistles galore! Alerts you if you’re getting close to the Lane line, when you flip on your turn signal it’ll beep if there’s a car in your blind spot. The Blue Link is amazing!

The red paint is a very pretty shade. It had become our trip car over our Sonata Hybrid.
