Used 2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Consumer Reviews
Fun drive but with some caveats
First off, this car is soooo much fun to drive! I have the R-spec 3.8 trim.with the 6-speed manual trans. It has great acceleration and handling. But you must get to know her. The 6 speed manual is quirky and notchy. Timing the rpms during shifting is crucial and that’s what’s so fun - you have to LEARN how to drive this machine and that challenge is what makes this car so enjoyable! Gas mileage is around 26 mpg highway. The wide wheel base makes it a bit difficult to park sometimes.
Love my Genesis coupe
I had a 2014 Genesis 2.0 L Turbo coup and I really liked it but I thought it was underpoweed. I traded it in on the 3.8 L V6 version. This was much more powerful. I have driven both on some enjoyable long distance vacations (>2000 km). If you like driving then you cannot go wrong with the Genesis coupe. This car has plenty of standard features that are options or unavailable on its competion.

Hyundai has had bad reputations on recalls. They claim all vehicles are not a concern. Do your research. Great handling vehicle.
