Its design is elegant, definitely distinctive from the rest, specially when compared with similarly priced suvs. My wife and i love it.

Two cons to consider: * L5 engine does not provide enough power but great on gas. * Rear window too small and spare tire blocks half of it - technically you are backing up blindly (back-up camera is a necessity not an option).

Purchased Yellow Sport with cloth interior. Getting average of 17mpg. Motor could be tougher, but ok for city driving. Positives: Great stereo, turning radius, fits in garage, tough & durable, great off road, cool interior styling...nice fabric colors/textures..rubberized rear cargo surface is AWESOME..easy to clean, nice dash look & easy to reach. Negatives: Motor power, little tight for second row seating, window controls on arm rest hard to reach, lack of air vents & controls in center & rear of vehicle. Overall enjoying the vehicle..is fun to drive, feels sturdy & safe.
Attention getter!
This SUT is a real attention getter! Everywhere I go people stop me and ask about it. I've taken it on a 200 mile road trip and driven it in city traffic. So far, it has been a blast. I was not sure what I was getting into when I bought it. I read the reviews about the lack of power. I've found it to be fine on the highway. I've hit passing gear a couple of times with no issues. In a perfect world it would have more power, but at this point I'm not ready to give up the gas mileage. The four wheel disc brakes stop on a dime. I hate to admit it, but I have already found this out first hand.
Hummer lost its tingle
If you have driven a large SUV equipped with a V8 engine, you'll be VERY disappointed. The vehicle screams Hummer until you step on the gas. I went in to trade my Durango Limited (Hemi, AWD) and got to try out the Hummer for almost a week. I wish I could put the Dodge drivetrain in this vehicle, it would be perfect. GM could throw in a 350-400hp LS1 engine and they wouldn't lose much mpg. If you don't have anything to compare it to, you may not be disappointed. There should be another engine option.
