Used 2022 Honda Passport SUV Consumer Reviews
Great SUV at a lower price!!!
I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for this Honda Passport. I was very surprised how much I like it. because of the car shortage I was not able to get my preferred color, but it still looks great in White. The ride and driving experience is great. It has 6 more cubic feet than my Grand Cherokee, which is a lot more. I am not interested in a 3rd row seat. in my opinion if you want to have more than 5 passengers you should get a minivan. A 3rd row seat also reduces the cargo space an that is why I picked the Passport. I has great safety features that is stock on the EX-L; like lane departure, front collision avoidance and adaptive cruise control. It is also has a surprisingly fast and powerful 3.5L 280 HP and great AWD traction control. It has very spacious front and back comfortable seating with driver side memory seats. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone and would definitely buy it again.

This is the best midsize SUV period
This car is a hidden gem. It is comfortable, has all the safety features and more. It beats all Luxury brands by a lot and has the Honda quality on top of that. I respect everyone’s opinion and the ratings they give but every single brand will have its issues. To me the most important problems to avoid are engine and transmission issues. Getting all picky about road and infotainment stuff is not thinking long term like I do. This car is simply the best and drives as such.

Has a couple of hiccups
Just rolled over 1,000 miles on our 2022 Passport EXL. It has a lot of positive things but the negative issues really bug me. The rough ride is punishing because of the very stiff suspension. The transmission is always confused on what gear it wants. The drivers seat sits to low even at maximum height making it hard to see over the hood.-- difficult to judge where the right front fender is. The turning radius, which reminds me of an old Ford 4X4 truck, makes it difficult to swing into parking spaces. There are better mid size SUV out there. I am a Honda person and brand loyal so the Passport it is. Lots to love and some to hate -- as with all brands.

Grandpas new ride
Everything I expected after viewing dozens of Youtube videos. I love the safety features and am enjoying Apple Carplay I love the sound of the V-6 engine and the acceleration it provides. (I traded a turbo 4 cylinder.) The adaptive cruise control is enjoyable even during short (20 mile) commutes.

All I wanted in a car!
So I love my new passport. I got the ex-l model since it came with all of the bare bones I needed. Leather seats, heated seats, auto lock, power trunk and a v-6 engine! Nothing sounds better than hearing that engine roar when you first press on the gas! I love it. I do want to kinda ask why Honda couldn’t have given it Honda link so I could start it from anywhere, that has kinda become an everyday essential and I thought it was more of a standard thing nowadays. It’s also kinda weird it doesn’t give how many miles left in your tanks, I’ll definitely live without it but I just thought that was given in all cars.
