The 2018 Tech added to the Car is Fabulous!
Honda Sensing has been terrific. I'm sure not quite a Tesla, but, I can drive on the highway without touching the wheel or pedals and the car has won my trust. The visibility is great, camera on the outside mirror is a fantastic safety feature. And the versatility is unmatched for a car this size. Oh, and maneuvering in the city is a godsend. And, I fill up maybe once every 7-8 weeks because I don't have far to drive and the car sips the gas. I couldn't be happier.

2018 Love my HONDA FIT!!!!
The HONDA SENSING comes on the model I leased (3 yrs. = great terms with 0 down!). I think the lane-departure warning, right front-outdoor mirror camera for changing lanes is AWESOME, as is the auto-braking is you are getting too close to the car in front of you. HONDA SENSING IS FANTASTIC!I love the tiny doors .. especially with how narrow some parking places are nowadays at malls, grocery stores, etc. The seats in the back fold DOWN ... but also the seat-bottoms fold UP! Makes for excellent storage either way. Why don't they make ALL cars like this? VERY, VERY HAPPY with my choice for HONDA FIT 2018 with all the new, great, standard features.

Honda Fit was a nice try
If you like cheap at a price consider the Honda Fit. This is my third one, and with each generation it seems to have lost a bit of quality, while other Honda lines have gone the other direction. Uncomfortable, hard to get into, and unsafe in moderately-high winds (unless you like that roller coaster feeling). Warning: do not get caught between two speeding semi-trucks and trailers.

Wish I hadn't bought it
Although a nice enough small car, the intuitiveness of all the "technology" is awful. Eight months into this and it still isn't clear how to do so many things. I hate that it does not have a CD player...buying an I-pod is the only thing that will play in it. The back up camera is nearly useless for clarity. Sorry I bought the car.

2018 FIT EX - GOOD. NOT GREAT
OK so everyone knows the good attributes. 1) Great gas mileage. Averaging 35-40 MPG. 2) Amazing versatility in the cargo area. There is a lot more space than meets the eye with several different configurations with rear seats. 3) Manuverable. It gets in tight places and has decent turning radius. 4) Honda Sensing suite is amazing. I have tested several of it's functions and has performed flawlessly. 3) The vehicle is relatively quiet on good roads but gets noisy over bumpy terrain. OK now for the bad. 1) There is practically NO storage space in the cabin. There is a cup holder on the dash next to the driver's door. If you put a water bottle in it,, it will partially block the AC vent and this car needs all the ventilation available as explained below. So that's pretty much useless. The arm rest is very low and small and the center console storage, also, literally useless. Not well thought out at all. There is plenty of space to install a higher armrest with significantly more storage. Why not? 2) CVT acceleration is modest at best. It struggles when starting off the line but smooths out after it comes out of maybe second gear so don't plan on 0-60 being stellar. The 1.8L engine stifles the car and is inadequate with CVT. Should got the manual 3) NO visibility over the front of the car so you can't judge how far you are into a spot before you hit the curb. Really Honda? No one saw that when developing the car? 4) AC is adequate at best. Doesn't cool off the car unless it's on full blast. Then it is very noisy. 5) Infotainment system has too many steps to get to your source. It is frustrating and has a steep learning curve even for a tech savvy guy like me. 6) Rearview camera has no audible indicator when you reach close range to an object. So really,, you don't know how close you are particularly if parallel parking.. No color change on the lines as well. I still haven't learned it's limitations before I hit something. 7) Video cameras on passenger mirror and backup. If it is raining be prepared there may be limitations to their effective use as they will get wet and impede vision. 8) The stock mirror had very limited movement. I am 5' 9". I could not adjust it to get a full view out the rear before it maxed out in the up position. If you are 5' 10" and up, you will not have good rear visibility. I replace the mirror with the accessory Homelink for about $500. Problem solved.. Expensive solution but useful. So in conclusion, it's a 3. Not the best car I have ever had, but it serves it's intended purpose. Reluable, economical transportation
