My wife and I were looking to replace our trusty 2002 Odyssey after our boys had grown and were originally looking at a Subaru. Then my wife remembered that she had driven a Crosstour one time when our van was being serviced and really liked it, so why not check that out? One left at the dealer as they were discontinuing the model, at 20% below MSRP. Took it for a test drive and bought it on the spot. Great car to drive, responsive and handles very well. The controls are well laid out, and i really like the cool blue color. The interior is very comfortable and I am looking forward to doing an extended road trip soon. Very pleased with the purchase, and glad we got one before they were all taken! Update 2 years later. Have not regretted for a minute! A great car for road trips, we drove from Boise to Chicago return last summer to visit our son and the Crosstour ran like a bird. Did have one funky deal where the sunroof shattered during a particularly cold spell in winter, but other than that not a problem. Will be keeping this little beauty for years to come. Update Dec 2019 After 3 1/2 years I am still very happy with this car. Just got back from a Christmas trip and averaged 28 mpg with some city driving. Handles snow very well, especially with Michelin ice tires. A great roadtrip car that has been excellent mechanically.

Temper this review because it comes from a 6 time accord, one CRV, and one civic owner. Tried the Volvo S80 (more solid, but repairs killed us after 100,000 miles, like it was meant to fall apart). Tried the Maxima, tried the camry.....in the end we love our Hondas. Everytime we drove our 2010 Crosstour we remarked how much we loved it. Going on 80,000 miles now. We live in Utah, and I originally wanted the AWD, but our 2010 with snow tires outperforms most AWDs without snows.....when i found this slightly used 2015 with just FWD i jumped on it figuring I can continue to make due without AWD. We love the hatchback, the way the seats fold down flat, has enough of what my wife and I need. Had grown children for a long roadtrip, no complaints in the 6 hour plus drive from the backseat. I did drive 4cyl versions and DO NOT recommend it. It is nowhere near powerful enough for hills, it is an embarrassment to the original Crosstour owners that Honda did this. Anyway...we love the car, for us it is just what we expected and just what we wanted. The six speed transmission and updated engine are the only real notable improvements. Needless to say, we love the 2015 Crosstour. After now 7 years of trouble free ownership, I still get in this car and as I punch it up to speed say.....wow, I really like this car. Nothing has changed in my review, we still love the car, I think Honda made a mistake by discontinuing it, notice now all the other copy cats out there.

I received so many compliments! I bought the 2011 used from one prior owner and i bought it at a ford dealership ( go figure :-) the car handles very well on the freeway, low maintenance, it's a real pleasure to drive. The pick-up is great and response time is just what i need when dodging rush hour traffic. I hope Honda brings this back ! I will keep this one and get another one, lol..... luv this silver bullet . THIS IS A UPDATE IT'S MARCH 2021. My 2011 Crosstour has 131,000 miles In the last 8 months, I had to repair a lot of items to keep her going like: Timing belt, spark plugs, valve in the engine went bad and leaked oil all over the alternator. I personally feel this was a design flaw. These repair were about $2,100. I still plan to keep the car so I paid for the repairs. The dealership said "I should get another 130,000 out of the car" next is the transmission flush. Oh well it's 10 years old, I probably won't buy another Honda though. My other cars never had these expenses at 130 k. It's a good car to drive. But I think I will go back to domestic car.

After owning an older Highlander Hybrid, I wasn't sure if the fuel economy would be lost with the v/6 Crosstour. To my surprise, I get 32 mpg with this luxo boat on open road trips. The hybrid on open roads got 25 and city 30 mpg. The open road is where I'm at with this classy ride. I fell in love with the do everything beast that keeps me turning my head to take a look after a drive. It has the love hate design that gives it the capability to be what you want. Aggressive styling but yet capable enough to do anything. I can compare it to my once owned Audi Allroad that priced me away come repair time. Now I have that Honda reliability thats a joy to drive all day that coddles me and sips fuel and still perform well.
