Only down side is they don't provide a hard copy manual, so if you need to look up something right away, you have to go to the CD they supply. Very inconvenient.

I've only test driven this car, have not bought yet due to lack of money. the model I test drove was the EX-L edition. Let's just say, I test drove the Haundai Tucson, Ford Escape, and Toyota RAV4. They don't hold a candle to the new CRV! I love almost everything about this car! It drives smoothly in every area, and the handling is amazing. It feels like you are in a small crossover. The interior features are great, such as the 20-way power lumbar (on EX-L and higher editions I believe), the seats are extremely comfortable, even for people like be with back problems. Every single part of the car is high quality. Love the soft materials all around including the dashboard. A major plus for me is that the NAV screen doesn't glare and reflect in the driver's face, unlike the Ford and Toyota. I also really like the full LED headlights (on Touring model) and full LED rear lights. I'm a fan of all of the styling elements except for the wheels. Many people like them and you might as well, but they don't fit my style. I do like the rims style on the LX (base model) they are less detailed but still high quality. All around it seems like really high quality materiel. The plastics, leather, trim, and the Navigation system work really well. Doesn't take forever to load on the setup screen. Sitting inside, you feel like you're in a BMW or Volvo! Not kidding. Oh and the ''wood'' trim! Is amazing!! It's a high quality, non plastic looking fake wood trim that looks real. It's has a matte finish and a real wood color. And the reliability. CRV'S last forever! Not uncommon to get over 300,000 miles on the engine with no problems at all. Test drive this car if you want an amazing SUV! You will want to buy it.

the driver side seat move forward when you walk up to it that makes it hard to get in it should move all the way back when you cut the motor off so it is easy to get out of & stay there till whoever gets in it to drive and adj to that driver when you start it! you have to reach to far under to dash to release the steering wheel to adjust it! the passenger seat needs more adjustments & the bottom is to short from the back to the front edge so on long trips my wife feet swelled up and she was not comfortable!!!!!.other than this i am ok with it.

Purchased new in Canada in 2017, LX FWD 1.5 turbo. First year of ownership had a recall for oil dilution. Climate control unit and oil was replaced, software update too. A few months later another recall for the shifter knob. Next year check engine warning lamp appears and a spark plug was replaced. 30 days later, ALL the warning lamps appeared, but car drove fine. In the shop for 2 days, the following items were replaced. Fuel injectors, fuel pump, spark plugs, oil. No further repairs afterwards. Lots of cabin noise, particularly from tires. Road noise can be felt in the steering wheel and brake pedal. Seats are hard and uncomfortable. Ride is on the harsh side. Touchscreen is finicky and in year 4 occasionally turns off. Occasional “clunk” noise when putting shifter into park. Common for engine smell to come through the vents (possibly gas odour). Oil dip stick always over full mark and smells like fuel. This car was driven reasonably, avoided short trips in cold months, and thoroughly maintained at the dealer. Vehicle warranty expiring soon, traded car in after 4 years for another brand. It’s a liability to own or buy this vehicle and long term reliability is questionable. Turbo engine with strong oil dilution should be avoided.

If a problem shows up Honda does not recall the car but offers a extension of the warranty. I received a notice my car my have drive ability issues .This may results in Diagnostic Trouble Codes P0300 (random misfire detected) No1,2,3 and4 cylinder. Volkswagen AG had to pay a huge fine for missing the Gas Mileage all I want is my car fixed so I can drive it whiteout worry of braking down on a trip out of State as a single women of 75 .
