Am really enjoying this car. Just learned about the ability to slow your car down and speed it up while in the preset speed mode. Great! Get almost 30 mpg in economy mode on the road. Get about 24 mpg in town.

Best, Dependable, Comfortable Honda
The Honda CRV is rated high for safety. It’s always started, drives smoothly, and fits three six foot people comfortably in the back seat. Not quiet like a GMC but otherwise a responsive and dependable car.

So far, so good
My 2016 CR-V, certified with 50,000 miles, has performed reliably in the first two weeks of ownership. I am hopeful about this vehicle and glad to have found, in the Honda dealer community, people who seem committed to service: ensuring that Hondas perform well and safely for their owners.
Missing some basic featuers and functionality.
I decided to buy the 2016 Honda CR-V EX instead of EX-L as I didn't want the leather seats being in Texas. I bought a pre-owned certified vehicle with 28K miles. Vandergriff Honda in Arlington, TX made the buying process very stressful and unpleasant. If you live in DFW don't go there, the sales staff is incompetent and lack knowledge. I have only had for less than a month and so far there are 3 things I hate about this car: (1) No push button or remote tail gate lift? seriously Honda, it's a basic feature which should come standard with the EX trim. My sales person lied and miss-sold me on this feature otherwise I probably wouldn't have bought this vehicle. (2) Interior storage, not many compartments to put stuff in the front especially the driver side, my Honda Civic has more storage compartments than this CR-V. (3) Poor road holding and handling. It is a comfortable vehicle with plenty of cargo space. I would recommend to get the EX-L trim or touring. BTW with only me in the vehicle on the highway it only does average 27 MPG.

The best car I’ve owned!!
Over the years I’ve traded many times. My current Honda CR-V EX is the first Honda I’ve ever owned and definitely will not be the last! Now I currently own 2 Honda’s. I recently purchased a 2020 Honda HR-V Sport and I love it just as much! Both cars are great and I am in the Honda family for life!

Still love my CRV after six years
this is my third CRV but first for the Touring model. Love the leather interior. Took a road trip to the east coast and Florida and used the navigation system for the first time. Loved it . Still a CRV fan

Red Baron
some vibrations at idle or stop (known issue); EX-L trim comfortable; very good mpg; get one w/auto hatch release-adequate w/o one.
Grown Up Vehicle
I really like the 2016 AWD CR-V. I would like to see the climate control dials upgraded. I traded in a 2014 Accord Coupe. The inside was easy to navigate, especially the climate control knobs. I'd like to see that version in the CR-V. The CR-V is comfortable, handles well, gets great fuel mileage, is heavy enough for city driving, and winter weather conditions. I leased the 2016 but may purchase the vehicle after the lease is up. I highly recommend the vehicle.

Great ride
I previously owed a 2005 CRV. I loved that SUV. The new model is even better in many ways. Other cars I test drove didn't compare.

Great Value
The only drawback on this vehicle is the road noise but the three Hondas we have owned have never been very quiet. The car drives great and the fuel economy has been surprising. Really good!

I read all the reviews about the CR-V before I purchased it. We bought the 2016 Touring edition and for the money it had all the features I was looking for and more.

Cupholders
There are 2 usable cup holders in the front. There could be more closed storage compartments, as well. But the most serious problems are the vast array of technology controls. These GUIs did not try to use the natural extension of past interfaces which would have made them more intuitive. There is an awful lot of stuff arrayed all over the dash which is a distraction. The icons on many of the controls are too small to quickly scan. The voice commands must be precise and because they are not natural language confusing. The manuals are incomplete and poorly illustrated and indexed. The vehicle handles well and is comfortable.

Gets you home
My old vehicle ran well but when it was unable to get me home, it was time for a change. This gets better mileage and with AWD much better traction. Where I live they do not plow well or often, combine that with snow drifts and it was a simple choice.

Great purchase
I am writing a quick review here. I was a little nervous about purchasing a 2016 CRV due to all the concerns about the vibrations but I have barely noticed them. In the 6 months I've owned the vehicle I beleive I've noticed it twice, I also purchased undercoating for my vehicle and I think it has helped. I recommend getting the touring version of this vehicle as the bells and whistles make it feel like a 2020 and of you live in BC you save money on monthly insurance. This vehicle may lack the power of the RAV4 competition but the touring edition makes up for it with comfort, space, a decent stereo system (not amazing) and Honda reliability plus it looks sexy.

Very happy with my 2016 Honda CRV
I am very happy with my purchase of the 2016 Honda CRV. It is very roomy and has plenty of cargo space for my two German Shepherds and one Belgian Malinois. This was mostly the reason I purchased this vehicle. I needed to transport my dogs and they just love it. The layout of the dash is outstanding and the ride is smooth and quiet. The dealership, Cardinal Honda, is #1 in my book as this is the second car we have purchased from them. Our salesperson, Sandra, did an outstanding job and was able to secure the color I wanted.

Everything we expected...and more!
We required the power lift gate, so had to get the Touring trim. I am very happy with the packaged features, although would not have ordered some, like the moonroof. 20210901: It's been a great car for 4 years. I use it for Uber: decent mileage, great comfort, many compliments. I needed a new battery and now I need to replace the struts, both are expected and normal wear and tear.

Honda CRV - Generally great !
With the latest iOS release. Honda Link / Navigation has simply collapsed. Honda is just not bothered either to correct or inform the customers. ZERO SERVICE. I don't think Toyota will be this bad ! Just this aspect downgrades overall rating.

2016 Purchased rather than 2015
We found the 2016 was preferred and are pleased with it's ride comfort and performance and the color is exactly the one wife wants: not what is left on Car lot for limited color pick. 2016 CRV is great. Glad we did not get 2015. Almost settled for Silver one. It was just Ok = not same as newer/ better 2016

Love my crv!
I love everything about my crv, well almost everything. The only problem is that the rear seat is a little narrow for my family. I have 3 kids, one of which is in a booster and one in a car seat. I had to buy another car seat, the narrowest I could find, in order for them to fit, and they are still pretty tight back there. I'm hoping it wont be too torturous for them when we go on one of our road trips. Other than that, the car is absolutely perfect! *update, I've had my CRV for 2 years now. My tires completely wore out at 14,000 which is unacceptable. The driver seat belt sheds like crazy and makes a mess of white furry stuff inside the car and also on my clothes. Dont know it is defective or what because its only the driver seat belt. Other than that, everything is fine.
