Used 2016 Honda CR-V Touring 4dr SUV AWD (2.4L 4cyl CVT) Consumer Reviews
CR-V Test drive
Noisy engine, very loud at higher RPMs. CVT keeps the engine in higher RPMs. Not a fan of the transmission with this engine. The interior is roomy and I like the control placement, but lots of air and tire noise can be heard inside making it difficult to have discussions from back seat. I do not recommend the CR-V based on the harsh sounds from engine, tires, and highway noise. I purchased a new 2016 Hyundai Tuscan Limited instead of the CR-V Touring. The Hyundai is quieter and has a smooth ride with lots of options, better warranty.

Another disappointing Honda
I expected better from the top shelf trim line. The control knobs and surfaces are cheap. Transmission just slides no shifting involved, being that it is a cvt, not a fan. Don't try to tune or adjust radio and climate controls while driving, collision possibilities are increased markedly with the tiny buttons. Can not comment on reliability too new. Ride is decent, handling should be better. Cargo area is handy. At 32k purchase price I am not impressed but wife is happy. All together should have gone with the Acura RDX.

Love it!
I have owned a 2010, 2014 and now the 2016 CR-V. The 2016 is the best yet! There are plenty of higher cost options, roomier SUV's but when considering my needs, value and total cost of ownership, this is an excellent vehicle. Very open at rear access allows hauling of many larger items. Would like the option for another engine but I am in flat terrain and the 4 cylinder is pretty peppy and meets my needs. Solid, quality and great re-sale value.

Navigation System
I love my Honda SUV. At first the programming of the navigation system was very challenging. I finally understand how to use it. It handles very well on the road. It is very comfortable. My current challenge is programming it to read my text messages. When I first bought it, it would read my text messages but now it won't

Love my new CR-V Touring AWD
I am totally in love with my new CR-V. The safety features on the Touring model are amazing! I was on the fence about trading my Toyota Highlander, but am so glad I did! This SUV is just awesome!
