Used 2010 Honda CR-V LX 4dr SUV (2.4L 4cyl 5A) Consumer Reviews
Clunker level MPG 17.4
I am utterly disappointed with the mileage I'm getting per gallon. It's brand new and I've driven it 1200 miles. I'm getting 17.4 mpg. Unbelievable, both highway and city driving. On slippery or snowy roads, it slides easily. I am going to try to return it.
Very Good Value for the price.
I was debating between a RAV-4 and CR- V. I choose CR-V because it looks better outside, and the interior is nicer. I also stuck with Honda because my previous Hondas gave me excellent service. CR-V is comfortable, handles well, and has a nice feel of a bigger vehicle. It is averaging at 24 MPG. To me, addition of extra horsepower for 2010 is good but still meager. Honda needs to put a bigger powerplant to make this vehicle stand-out above the rest. A 2.7 liter four cylinder will do the CR- V right. I also gave thought to the new Chevy Equinox but it costs more than the comparable CR-V. All in all, I feel that I made a good choice even though CR-V can use more power.

Best crossover
We compared all the crossovers and the CRV came out the winner. We are very satisfied. Had a '97 Merc Villager, and the CRV is a quieter ride with a lot of nice features. 4 cylinder has plenty of pep. Still getting used to the smaller size, but the overall handling is very good.
Happy with my CRV-2010 so far
Bought CRV-2010 in SC and immediately drove to Orlando and back (about 1100 miles in just 5 days). Crispy vehicle. The maximum gas/mileage I got was 29.2 in the highways. Convenient and roomy interior. Pickup is slightly inferior when compared with a few of the others in this class.
