Lemon!!
Got a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L used from a dealership. This was during the height of the pandemic. Was totally overcharged on this piece of junk. Honda is not the quality it once was years ago. I've already had to get all new tires, AC condenser, and now sensors are going and it will be $1,000 plus to fix and of course it is not under warranty. It is also part of the fuel pump recall issue and no one knows when parts will be in or how the process will go to fix it. This has been going on for the past year and counting. Car sits too low and undercarriage always seem to scare on things no matter how carefully you park. Total junk and I will never buy a Honda again.
2018 Accord 2.0T Sport for the win
I purchased my 2018 Accord last year so it was 5 years old with 34K miles on it. It’s slate gray and I love it. I purchased it online thru VROOM and everything went pretty smooth. I drove two other Accord’s a 2000 Accord Sedan EX-L in college and I loved it. And most recently a 2011 Accord Coupe EX from 2014 to 2023. So with this 2018 Accord the only issue I had with it and it was fixed immediately from the factory warranty was the AIR CONDITIONER compressor went. Fully covered by Honda…thank goodness. As far as performance I think it is pretty quick and handles well; for comfort I give it an 8/10, I really hate the flaux leather/ cloth combo bc it looks nice but feels cheap…they could’ve given us leather seating esp in the 2.0T Sport. The fuel economy is about what I had in my 2011 coupe, the infotainment system and screen are about average…no complaints. One thing about this car I hate is the random jerking it does and I read that this is common in the 2.0T versions, I guess it’s the 10 speed transmission they use and hence maybe that is why it wasn’t rolled over to the 2023 and up models. I don’t use the sunroof much because they are just loud and noisy in general but I really like this car. No vehicle is perfect but I love my Accord’s. When I purchased it I took it to Honda for a full inspection under the hood and they said it was well taken care of. For this car to come from an on,one dealership, without any problems I consider myself lucky.

Best all around every day car!
This thing is a real work horse, putting about 45k miles yearly been solid for many years. Such a comfortable ride, offers so much for the price, tech is great and easy to use, turn on and off whenever. It’s so dang fuel efficient too! This little 1.5 ain’t no slouch! It’s a much better value than all its competitors. Ie altima and Camry, Toyotas tech is very outdated and this feels very modern compared to the other brand. Of course the power could always be a bit better but this isn’t a sports car so it gets the job done no problem. I love this car!
