love my chrome wheels
If you are looking for a fast off the line vehicle, this is not for you. It has plenty of acceleration for a conservative driver and my gas mileage is consistently 28.5 for mixed driving. Cargo room is great, although fitting in 4 sets of golf clubs takes a bit of adjustment

Fixer upper
UPDATE: After the 6th time the car was in the shop for an issue that rendered it undriveable, we traded it in and bought a Hyundai. NEVER again will I purchase a GMC OR the like. A 3 year old car driven well and cared for should have NEVER had that many issues.👎🏼 Original: Bought this car brand new. Paid full on site. REALLY wanted to love it & keep it for years to come. Slow acceleration. Pretty bulky handling. Horrible blind spots!! Interior features were nice looking, fully loaded. Rear back up camera became too foggy to use after 60kz, and Drove fine until 55k, then had nothing but major issues. Between 55 & 85k had to have 3 MAJOR repairs done. Ended up spending $177/mo on an extended warranty that was more of a hassle than it was worth. Traded it in at 86k when the engine light and horrible noises started AGAIN. NEVER again GMC

Terrain derailment!
If we had known how many troubles we would have had with this vehicle, we would have left it in the parking lot at the dealership! First 6-8 months owning it the paint started to peel. Manifold had to be replaced, 4 wheel hub assemblies had to be replaced, the guards under the doors came off, leak in the rear light filled half with water and the light rusted, can't fix, catalytic converter had to be replaced, windsheild wiper arm motor had to be replaced, hydraulic arms on the back door are rusted, the awd goes out when really needed up over snow/slushy hills and the latest is the trailing arm bushings had to be replaced and they could only do one because the other is so rusted onto the axle that they cannot remove it because if they do the vehicle will not longer be able to be driven! The vehicle is a 2015 piece of crap and ready for the bone yard! Take my warning, Never Never purchase a GMC Terrain! They are garbage, A total Terrain Derailment!!! Save your money and purchase something else!!! For the price of the vehicle it should have lasted longer then 7-8 years! And it was brand new off the lot! Waste of money!
Unreliable
Do not buy this car! We bought it used at 40,000 miles. At 58,000 we couldn’t handle it anymore and traded it back in. Lots of computer and electronic errors, stalling, turned off on the freeway as it was being driven (thankfully no injuries!), and final mail in the coffin was the stabilitrak and Abs acting up. We had the car less than 20000 miles and experienced all this. Would never recommend.
