The Ultimate Truck
Have owned many Denali's in the past but this one is very unique. The interior is top notch with high quality leather, messaging seats that are as comfortable as our Escalade Platinum. The 6.2 has excellent power and the 10 speed auto is very quiet and smooth. The super cruise is actually more advanced than our Escalade's because it changes lanes itself without you having to turn the turn signal on. The ride is excellent and very smooth except for the most bumpy of roadways where you will occasionally get rear end shutter as with any truck. The technology in the truck, including google assist, is top notch. The only complaint is GM should have came out with this truck in 2019 but better late than never.

Quality Luxury
Extremely comfortable ride. The HUD is awesome and displays GPS directions as one of 3 options so user friendly and helpful. Front seat console is huge . Every conceivable safety feature gives comfort when driving. Step up back lift gate is so convenient and helpful getting into and out of truck bed. I absolutely love everything about this truck. It will not be my last Denali truck.

Loving the refresh aesthetic and ride
I upgraded my 2017 Silverado Midnight edition. This GMC Sierra SLT had all the features I had with my Silverado. Love the 14"infotainment center, virtual 360 deg, and the Appleplay via wireless! The only issues I had at 500 miles and 1000 miles was that my cameras intermittently shuts off - giving an error with a triangle. Another issues I had was that the front collision system happened to activate randomly when it was parked for quite awhile. This cause the adaptive cruise control to not work. Other than what appears to be a software issues, I love driving it

My retirement gift!
I have 6,000 miles on it so far for this review so hard to talk about reliability but so far so good. SuperCruise was a constraint so my truck doesn’t have it. Otherwise it has everything else GMC has to offer for options. Positives: Engine and transmission…smooth power and shifting. Interior…..stunning. Wireless charging and CarPlay on big new screen. Love it. Negatives: automatic headlights are very sensitive. Reflective signs turn them off and cars in front of me didn’t turn them off. The back passengers heating/cooling system I haven’t figured out yet. It is not intuitive. The sunroof only goes back 1/2 way of the cab. The massage controls are on the side of the seat and old fashioned. They aren’t run off the touchscreen. I know…..first world problems. At the end of the day we love our truck and feel very safe in it. We also looked at Cadillac Escalade but our truck had pretty much the same underpinnings and was $20-30K less. We went with an aluminum roll up tonneau cover and love it. It locks and is hard to break into. Around $2100 extra. The kicker rear speaker isn’t very good and more of a novelty. The multi function tailgate is great but be careful if you have a trailer hitch and ball in. Gas mileage is best in 2WD and doing 65 -70 MPH on freeway (20 mpg common). Towing and driving faster suck it down (less than 15 mpg). Overall a 9/10 truck.
