Actually there is nothing that I dislike about the car. Personally I wish it were a standard transmission, but the automatic works fine. The car is not made for racing off the line, but it loves the open roads instead. Once it kicks into the overdrive gear that I would swear is a sixth gear, but all specs say it is the 5th gear, it really jumps down in rpm's and will do a hundred miles per hour for hours. I have been asked at traffic lights what year it is so it does seem that it is a model all of its own. Was going to purchase the 2004 Anniversary model. Glad I did not. Big difference. All I can say is that this generation, even with the lesser power than those that came afterwards still in the same generation, is a durable fun car. Oh, and this has been modified for power, the exhaust sound is better than a 2022 Mach 1 I test drove.

This car still rocks!
I used to have a 1967 coupe, it was solid, but I really dig this car! I am in the process of upgrading interior, exterior, performance, ( cool air filter, headers, jba exaust system, nw 9 mm spark plug wires.) new 18 inch chromed bullett rims. It is a car I am proud to own, and would recomend to anybody.
