I have put on approx. 3000 miles without a problem. The fuel economy isn't as good as I thought it would be but I'll give it some time. I am thrilled with the power and performance of this truck and feel that I got what I paid for. The stereo system is good but not great. The ride is smooth and the steering is touchy but manageable. The turning radius is crazy big, a u- turn at the lights is a thing of the past now!!! I have the long bed and I'm glad I have it. This truck is the big boy on the block, heads turn constantly and I've received numerous compliments on how nice it is. My wife wanted the Chevrolet so I told her to go get one!!

Wishing I had stayed with the diesel engine. Love the truck itself, but was not told the truth about mpg. Diesel mpg was @ 15 in city, V10 @ 9.6 . Salesman implied approx.same, not even close. Rancho suspension makes for a rough ride unless loaded down. Has great acceleration, towing power less of course than the Powerstroke, yet suffice.

This is my every day and long distance travel vehicle. Been coast to coast, Florida to Alaska in it. Love it, comfortable, quiet, I will get another some day. Been in lots of remote places with it. No worry. Does mountains with a heavy load. I don't fear Dodge or Chevy going up a long hill. Ford does have the fastest 0-60 time. One new feature I didn't have on the last diesel is a bad fuel warning light on the dashboard. It's simple to drain the water and trash from the fuel before it ever gets to the engine. It saved me a lot of trouble several times.

The 2nd one I have had. It searves very well and is best in reliability. It was hard to give up the chevy logo. But lrts face it better is better and holding on to a brand just becouse you dont wont to be proven wrong by the ford guts is only hurting your self. In less things chang in the way Ford does things I will never go back. Better build, Service, and much better resale. what more can I say with 375000 on my last Super-D and it still runs and looks like new. I cant help but wonder who with a fare mind would go with any thing elce.
