Used 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab Consumer Reviews
well
I added a banks exhaust, k & n air cleaner, bully dog chip. I jumped 100 horses, went from 8.5 mpg to 18 mpg. Warranty worthless on electrics. Fuel module broke at 61,000. Cost, , $1700.00, ouch
Honest Opinion
I really like this truck, however I continue to have a large number of nagging problems. My steering/brake pump went out at 6000 miles, my auto-locking hubs went out shortly after that, and now it's back in the shop for a massive leak (power steering fluid). The leak may be related to poor workmanship on replacing the pump, but the dealer assured me that the mechanic with 22 years of experience who replaced the pump was the best around. I know vehicles will have minor problems, but when you are in the shop three times in the first 10,000 miles, you begin to wonder.
F350 6.0 Diesel 4x4 Lariet 6.5' bed
Have driven Fords for years this is biggest i've owned. for size gets good fuel mileage and its not even broke in yet fit and finish is good haven't found any flaws either being truck driver I love the size. if not use to size i'd think twice about buying this truck takes a lot of room to turn and park hard to see over the back and things can disappear if they get to close to the rear like small sports cars
Awesome
Very beautiful truck. Pulled 30 ft 5th wheel fantastic up mountains. Overall the truck is so pretty. Have had a lot of compliments. The truck is tough.
matts f350
This is my second F350 I bought my first one last year and traded it in on a new one this year. At first I was told about all the problems with the new 6.0L But I never had any. The only problem I ever had was seeing the chevys and dodges in the mirrors. If you are doing any pulling buy ford they changed me.
