Best truck I ever owned.

I've owned several trucks and this is by far the best I have ever had. It is screwed together very well, comfortable, excellent vision to the sides and rear. The controls are large enough - no tiny buttons or knobs. Systems are intuitive and everything is within reach. Finally enough power in this truck and build quality rivals the best of the pack. Drives and handles very well even with the 18" tires. It was worth waiting for this one. Ford got it right!

Lovin' It!

This truck is fantastic. Really an improvement over the previous models. I like the smooth ride, and the new design. However, I think they've cut some corners. The leather seems inferior to the leather in our '99 Expedition. There is no light in the glove box, the center storage bin, or under the hood! Never had a truck without a light under the hood! I also think some of the interior ergonomics could be improved (placement of cup holders behind shifter is awekward, half of the dash is taken up by ash tray and lighter and I don't smoke!) But all that said, this truck is exceptional in build quality and comfort. I take it out every excuse I get!

Awesome ride. Smooth, quiet, powerful... rides like a luxury car, pulls everything- boat, trailer, camper...The height provides great visibility and clearance of obstacles in the road. 4x4 for adventures and SAFETY is a must in the rugged Northwest.

Ford on top

While the F-150 does lack the side air bags, it is undeniably the safest large truck on the highway. It has crash severity sensors, available back up sensors, front & Rear Crumple zones, the strongest frame made, a hood that will not go through the windshield, and all speed traction control, the engine has more power than either GM or Dodge 300HP & 365lb torque at 1000 rpm, not 3000. For once Ford has taken the lead. Can you say 4 doors i every cab design? The ride is much more refined than competitors and takes this truck to the Rolls Royce of Trucks

As a 1st time truck owner & a loyal ford customer I am very pleased & excited about my new F150. The exterior styling was nicely redone & interior styling with flow thru console is luxury like. The drive by wire electronic throttle seems a little sluggish & almost delayed at times. The road noise inside the cockpit at highway speeds is very impressive and not ford like. The steering & braking are surprisingly responsive for a 5000+ lb truck.
