Pretty good, some small issues
Picked up a new '19 Expedition Platinum (previously had a '12 Yukon Denali) and overall it's been really good. The Auto High Beam headlights seem to react appropriately (dimming when it senses traffic is around it or a car is in front of me - not something my wife's Honda CRV does). A couple things that should have been included are not. For example. The car does not auto-lock when you walk away from it (the CRV does, and it took me a bit of internet searching to confirm it does not) - instead you have to press a button on the door handle or grab the FOB out of your pocket. There's no brake hold option when you stop at a light, I always considered this kind of a take it or leave it option, but after having had some back issues earlier this year and found it painful to hold the brake at a stop light, I found a new love for having a brake hold). Also, you can't get the outside temp on your instrument cluster, only within the Sync system. So if you're using CarPlay / Android Auto you gotta exit out (by finding/pressing the Ford Sync app within CarPlay) to see the external temp. The Rear Seat Entertainment manual is pretty light on details, it lists file formats supported, but nothing more specific than that (resolution, audio/etc). There's no information on the type of SD cards that are supported (Speed/Size/file system format/etc). Had to do some trial and error to get the RSE to recognize the media I put on the SD card) After I bought the car, I noticed the rear seat on the driver side seatbelt casing was broken. Took it back to the dealer and they tried to snap it together but couldn't. Apparently when the casing isn't 'together' you get a seatbelt error on the dash that doesn't go away. Ended up having to rubber band it together while the dealer orders the part. Thankfully the seatbelt mechanism still worked so I could take the Expy on the road trip. Finally, the (front) passenger seat is a lot less comfortable than the driver seat, maybe it's jut my vehicle, but it feels like the air bladder(s) are not pumped up - but the massaging seat function seems to work. I will be having the dealership look at it when I take it back in this week for the seatbelt casing replacement. Otherwise, it's a REALLY nice riding vehicle, decent gas milage (for it's size), and a ton of space for people/cargo.

Be aware of 10-speed-transmission issue
I loved this truck until check engine light and wrench light started coming one. Had to go back and forth for service more than 10 times to finally identify transmission issue. So many people have complained 3 and 5th gear problem and I found same issue with mine. There's class action lawsuit for same issue with 10-speed-transmission equipped trucks, including F150, rangers, etc. I was not able to drive mine for 3 months now and on loaner which I have to go back and forth everytime.

3rd Expedition ... This one is the worst by far!
This car is bascially a lemon. Lots of mechanical and fit/finish issues. Total shame because I have been very dedicated to Ford, but this has gotten ridiculous. It's been at the shop in McKinney, Texas, and they even tell me that Ford did not do a good job with this make/model. I think my Ford days are over.

Best of the Best
Traded in a 2004 Expedition on a 2019 Expedition. Loved the older one and loved the new one. And kept an open mind in the buying process. Considered Chevy and Cadillac...I don't buy foreign cars. The Ford is way better than the competition on almost ever measure of effectiveness. Probably will get another new one in 2029. VERY satisfied!!!

Ugh
Worst purchase ever! Cannot have interior lights come one because they will never go off until the fill like it. Hatch button has been replaced 3 times. Chrome inside and wheels started peeling at around 28,000 miles. At 30,000 miles the timing chain went out. 42,000 it went out again with the turbo boosters. 50,000 brake booster went out and now the screen isn't working properly. This thing spends more time in the shop than driven.
